My Son reached out three times and the girl said we will get back to you that what happened should not have happened. Two months later still nothing. Terrible after service. I will be going back to Torontovaporizer.ca

It came a day earlier than I expected. A part wasn't fitting right so I emailed a few times because I hate phones and I'm busy, but I guess the emails weren't getting through. When I called, they were super-polite, really helpful, solved my problem, and that was that. Would definitely deal with them again.

After emailing and calling since July, they finally provided instructions on how to return the product two weeks ago, which I was forced to pay for myself. When I asked why this was, they told me that accepting a return outside the return window is an exception in itself. As if that was ever in my control? Well, my product was received by them over a week ago, and I’m still being ignored on the question of when and how I can expect the refund. Genuinely shocked that they have any good reviews considering the online store is an absolute joke. Paid just under 500$ for a defective product, an extra 15$ to return it, and now I am 515$ poorer and being ignored by this company. 0/10 would not recommend and would rate negative stars if possible.
