Gen and her team at Flex are ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! They manage over 50 units for us in 5 different towns and our tenants love them too. The only ones who may not love them are bad tenants who... well wouldn't like the govt either even if they were given free housing. Team Flex keep growing and doing well. You are awesome and much appreciated. ❤

Gen and her team are fabulous! Responsive, reliable and friendly. They are super accommodating and show a genuine care for their tenants. I wouldn't want to stay with anyone else! Thanks Flex!

When you call, they don't want to help , they just delegate you to ask your request by email.. and sometimes you don't have time to play email tag. That usually takes more then one day.. just take the time to help out your customers live please

This company also rents airbnbs, horrific experience, a member of our group left headphones on the table and the hosts have effectively stolen them by claiming to have not seen them during their extensive clean.

Do not use this company! We had the worst experience with them. They do not respond to their tenants, they do not care! The property was disgustingly dirty and the furniture was broken, an old mattress stained with blood and all sorts of nasty stuff . The cupboard doors missing in the kitchen and bathroom. The bed & chairs were broken and sofa not usable. The walls were filthy, the floors disgusting. There was no router for wifi as advertised. It was rented as a furnished with stocked kitchen & lines 1 towel, no proper bedding ( there was a flat sheet ) no mattress protector. Do not trust them with your property or tenants.

Flex has provided a few property options for my company in the past. Their service is very friendly. They do, however, often seem to be overly-busy to attend to urgent requests and (I personally believe) largely offer properties already available through Airbnb or other. Would recommend.

Update-The issue was fixed and the service provided by the tech was amazing. After maybe 20 and more times of sending maintenance request in just less than 2 weeks that I have lived here, the issues are still not fixed. The first maintenance guy was told to fix something that was not even mentioned in the request, it’s been so stressful living in this unit that is management by them. No one picks up the call, horrible experience so far. I was told that the house will be inspected before move in but it doesn’t seem like it was. All the issues still persist.

I am following up on a showing I did with this company. They listed an apartment on Kijiji that wasn't even available. I showed up for the viewing and it was an entirely different unit than the one advertised. Nowhere on their advertisement do they specify they are using photos from a different unit, nor did anyone mention that to me prior to showing up for said tour. Their Kijiji listing is actually fraught with incorrect and misleading information, most notably, according to their ad, I was going to see a: "main level" unit, one with "big bay windows," and I showed up to see an apartment in the BASEMENT. This company actually goes out of their way to state on their listing that the available unit isn't a basement unit. They completely wasted my time, and I am super disappointed, as their lack of transparency, or perhaps attention to detail, reflects extremely poorly on their company as a whole. If I was a property owner, I certainly wouldn't pay or trust this company to seek out suitable tenants if they can't even manage to communicate effectively through their own advertisement. Photos attached are from their Kijiji listing. Also attached is the photo of the kitchen from their listing, and the actual kitchen in the unit (part blurred for current tenants privacy). It's already hard enough to find a decent apartment or home in this city, and this company is making it even harder than it has to be. I would give them zero stars if I could.
