Posted this on June 2nd 2017, the day after I cancelled my service with them: This company is an absolute rip off. This is the kind of company the internet needs to kill with internet reviews. I will be leaving a more detailed review detailing why you should never use them. But for now just realize that some of the 5 star reviews left here are made by employees and their friends and family, namely Valerie Gareau. Also, there used to be another 1 star review that claimed that they were rude and would scare your tenants away, something I can attest to. New edit Jully 10th 2017: After I reviewed them, they wanted me to contact them for a password to a transfer of money they owed me. First thing they do when my sister calls for the password is sarcastically thank her for the review on google. She told them she had not left it since I did. They claimed they would call me and leave the password by voicemail. They called and gave me the password while leaving a super long message about how the June 2nd 2017 google review was filled with "grossièretés" (foul language) and that it taught her a lot about the person that left it. I stopped listening at that point. Then they sent me an email saying: "Nous vous souhaitons bonne continuité, nous avons grandement apprécier le commentaire teinté de positif de votre sœur Ella sur la platforme google je vous laisse le loisir d’en apprécier le contenu. Comme je doute que vous en soyer l’auteur tel que mentionner sur le site". In other words, more sarcasm and a false accusation concerning a strange notion that my sister would be using my name to make bad reviews. I found it pretty bizarre and it further makes me wonder about the authenticity of the positive reviews on here. No wonder I lost a couple tenants who chose not to pay while P. Lafleche managed my properties. Obviously I know about this review. It's real, I wrote it, and I will elaborate on it greatly soon. About those questionable positive reviews. Since June 2nd 2017, someone has removed Valerie Gareau's review. I had flagged it as a conflict of interest. She's the manager, her review had no place being here and I believe it was made as a response to a bad review. Don't ask me why two of her relatives' reviews are still here. But now they have done it again: All of a sudden after my honest review, 3 super positive 5 star reviews came from 3 people who have no other reviews. Namely audrey bergeron, Katia Larsimont-Sigouin, and Johanne Jacques. They signed up just to leave unbelievably positive reviews after mine... What a coincidence. This company only get 1 stars reviews that sound real from people with many reviews and 5 stars reviews that sound exaggerated from people with no other reviews, makes sense right? Don't worry P. Lafleche, I am not done here. I will leave a detailed review with all revenues and costs while I was in a one year contract with you. NO ONE who informs themselves on google will make the same mistake I made!

We've been renting their apartment for almost 4 years and all I can say they have excellent service ,I call this month for our fridge needs to be checked and Stephanie responded right away and professionally.

This company is a SCAM! DO NOT USE THEM. They requested a $5,000 deposit for first and last months rent with my application. I sent the deposit on August 4th 2018. I was told the next business day that that they decided to go with a different tenant.They DID NOT REFUND MY MONEY & WILL NOT ANSWER A PHONE CALL. On August 10th 2018 I emailed them from a different email using a different name and they told me the property was still available and asked if I wanted to do a viewing. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! Not to mention they advertised the house at $1,995 / month then told me it was $2,295.....

Was informed that this company has been harassing my family while I've been away at work all day. After leaving a review of them with a very honest opinion, we began receiving phone calls from a private number threatening to sue for defamation of character because they didn't like what was said about them. If you guys had behaved professionally and treated you clients with the respect to not enter their home with large animals we wouldn't be upset. This is extremely dangerous and not to mention illegal. 24 hours notice MUST be given before entering the home of a tenant. Don't even dare tell us that you can come into a rental property whenever you want to, your a property manager, please learn the laws of doing business and managing rental properties your going to try and pull this off. The Regis is very clear on this. Thank goodness you didn't come in when one of the dogs was having a bitchy day, because lady you wouldn't be able to tell the story if you were hurt. We aren't liable for your life if your stupid enough to put it in danger. Dont blame us for being upset because you broke the law. It's for everyone's safety including your own!!!

They didn't show up for a scheduled appointment and blamed me for not micro-managing their team. I applied to see one of their units for rent and they called me September 30th to set up an appointment for October 4th at 11am. I called them on October 3rd to confirm what time to meet and they said 11am again. I drive from Ottawa all the way out to Woodlawn, knock on the unit door to find no representative and a bewildered tenant who had no idea someone was coming to look at her home. I called the agency and the person on the line said "Well, did you call to confirm the appointment?" Yeah, I called yesterday. "You were SUPPOSED to call this morning." How was I supposed to know I was supposed to call this morning? "When we set up the appointment, we told you to call to confirm." A) No, they didn't. B) I DID call to confirm the appointment. "Well, you have to confirm the appointment - it's a long drive." I KNOW it's a long drive because I live directly across the river from them and ALSO had to go to the appointment they set up with me. The representative who answered the phone was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The agency should be embarrassed by their conduct. Don't waste your money and - more importantly - your time. They're absolutely useless.

Gestion P. Laflèche is superb and I highly recommend this company for your properties. The property management is not an easy field to manage and Gestion P. Laflèche succeeds at it. They are hard-working, provide good customer service, are attentive about what you want. They work around the clock to find a solution for your issues and I really appreciate it. I've compared quotes from other property management companies and P.Laflèche's prices are great considering all the services included. Again, I highly recommend.

These bad people(the owner of this business) came to my house without giving me notice, knocked at the door and walked right in as I opened it. The lady was ignorant and clearly had no respect for myself, my family and my home. DO NOT HIRE THESE CLOWNS. edit; Owner just called and threatened to sue me for defamation if I do not remove these comments..... But wait there is more, The person claiming to be the owner VALERIE GAREAU is not actually the owner. She personally attacked my business by posting a negative review on my companies google page fraudulently claiming to be a customer of ours. She also claims the whole thing did not happen but here is a picture of her on the property. It's time stamped. I would strongly advise any potential customer to heed my objective warning before hiring this company. I am not alone in my complaints you can simply google them, you will also find a ruling the tenant board voted against them for collecting illegal information such as SIN numbers and CC numbers, Driver's licenses etc. They replied by saying its the company standard to violate tenant rights. The company came over and urinated on my parked vehicle in my front driveway instead of doing the repairs they were suppose to.....
