If you want a reliable management company, don't take Versailles. You literally have to watch them to make sure the management is done right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Versailles manages my condo village, and they are essentially useless. Regardless of the MULTIPLE pamphlets left at my door, which outline their obligations, they are horrible when it comes to ensuring that residents can use walkways and the parking lot safely. They have been called on multiple occasions this winter, but only take action when threatened with legal action. I would give them zero stars if I could, for no other reason that I abhor when I need to hand others' hands in order for them to do their job. .
