We moved from Durham Ontario to Aylmer Quebec, not an easy move . However, Mr. Lecomte managed to always have a multitude of homes to visit that fit our criteria. His knowledge of the area was impressive and crucial in our decision making. Very professional, very knowledgeable, bilingual and I would recommend his services to any and everyone. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After trying to sell our house ourselves, and then using two other real estate companies to help us sell it (to no avail), we hired Mr Lecomte. Although we had interviewed Benoit at the beginning of the process, the two other companies offered to lower their commissions, so we felt the responsible thing to do would be to hire them in order to save money. What a mistake that was! The first company brought in no agents, only curious lookers during open houses. The second company brought in agents, but the agent did nothing to market the property. Finally, after several months, we asked Ben to come back, and he did so graciously, even though we hadn’t hired him at first. “One goal, SOLD!” is the correct slogan for this Broker. His calm demeanor and honest approach helped us realize what most homeowners who want to sell have to realize…that other people may not see the house in the same light the owner does. He put us at ease, so we were able to see our house in his eyes, instead of just our own. Benoit, set a goal of selling our house before the market was glutted with homes in the spring. He marketed our house in every way possible. He stressed the main selling point of the property, and before long, our house had sold! Benoit is the ultimate professional, and we highly recommend him to anyone who is trying to sell a home. Thank you so much Benoit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Benoit does not answer his phone. He ignores messages. He does not follow through on what he says he's going to do.
For example, I spoke with Benoit on Thursday for an apartment and he told me he was going to send me a form to fill out. Since then, he disappeared without informing me why.
Terrible service. DO NOT RECOMMEND. You're better off dealing with someone more professional and respectful.
