★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leur entreprise est une vrai farce. J’avais un condo et étais mandataire d’un autre sous leur gestion. Je pourrais écrire 10 pages longues de leur manque de professionnalisme et de non respect. Leur gestionnaire a crié après ma mère atteinte de la sclérose en plaque. Il a fermer un dossier d’assurance de sinistre sans finir les travaux. J’ai convoqué le propriétaire Mr Vallée au dessus de 50 fois (preuve a l’appuie) sans UN retour d’appel. Leur comptable est incompétente et envoie des rapports erroné même après après été averti qu’ils n’étaient pas correct et est extrêmement désagréable à communiquer. Je soupçonne même de la collusion. J’ai même des preuves de gros paiment effectué à des contracteurs non accrédité qui est illégal en copropriété. Il on blâmé le C.A à la place de les avoir engagé qui était faux. Allez voir si vos contracteurs étaient licenciés parce qu’ils ont fait ce coup au 2 copropriété que je m’occupais.
Attention soyez prudent et allez ailleur. J’ai des preuves PHYSIQUE de tout. Je ne ferais pas diffamation sur un review en ligne en sachant que je pourrais être trainé au tribunal. J’ai les preuves et je veux que les clients sache à quoi s’attendre en engageant leur services.
Their business is a real joke. I had a condo and was an agent of another under their management. I could write 10 pages long about their unprofessionalism and disrespect. Their manager yelled at my mom with multiple sclerosis. He closed a claims insurance file without finishing the work. I have summoned the owner Mr. Vallée over 50 times (supporting evidence) without ONE return call. Their accountant is incompetent and sends erroneous reports even after being warned that they were not correct and is extremely obnoxious to communicate. I even suspect collusion. I even have evidence of large payments made to unaccredited contractors which is illegal in co-ownership. He blamed the C.A instead of having hired them which was false. Go see if your contractors were fired because they did this to the 2 condominium that I was in charge of.
Be careful, be careful and go elsewhere. I have PHYSICAL proof of everything. I wouldn't smear an online review knowing I could be taken to court. I have the evidence and I want clients to know what to expect when engaging their services.
