Could be better. We've been living on Lausanne now for over a year and the price is right, the apartment is nice a spacious and definitely couldn't get this kind of apartment for this price in Ottawa (hence why we moved to Gatineau). Since we moved in we've sent several emails to the office regarding some issues with the apartment, ants (they sent an exterminator), mold in closets, the window frames are crumbling, the flooring is missing some tiles and basically the apartment needs major updating. When we went to view the apartment there were people that lived there and they had curtains on all the windows, and floors were covered with rugs.. we unfortunately didn't see all of this before. We were clear we wanted to move in ASAP, and they never went to inspect the empty apartment... if they did, I would hope they would have asked us to move our move-in date in order make the necessary repairs.. All of this is very unfortunate because this location is close to everything... just wish they would move quicker with repairs.

Elevator button broken for at least a month. Everyone was aware of this. Lovely and kind message from management. Building 450 Boul. Wilfrid Lavigne, Gatineau (Aylmer)

Very poor management. A company like this should be called scam and be removed from the business listings. It takes me over 10 emails back and forth to get two questions answered. Also they charge too much for Condofees, even though they don’t do the work. This year (unannounced) I am required to pay $588 for ‘special’ assessments (roof being done on other buildings around mine but NOT mine) in addition to the monthly condofee that just got increased 2.3%. Absolute ripoff and very bad corespondents. Avoid properties with this management.

THIS IS WORTH READING, TRUST ME. Upon moving into the Pierda apartments many many years ago, I had a gut feeling that something wasn't right. I'm going to try and keep this short and sweet to not waste your time and mine as well. I have difficulty walking which is why I chose Pierda since there is an elevator (Wonderful!) and got a fair price for my place. During the multiple years that I've reside here the elevator has been out of order at multiple occasions without notice and sometimes inactive for up to 2 1/2 weeks. This makes it difficult and painful for people with disabilities to get to their floor and wash their clothes (washers and dryer located in the basement). Although this is nothing new to the residents of this building (Aylmer, QC) a particular instance caught my eye. Our ''wonderful'' elevator broke down once again at the start of October and a day later there was a piece of paper informing us that it will be functional on Friday October 23rd. It's a while to wait but oh well what is one supposed to do. Now obviously on October 23rd, the janitor or someone who takes care of this place, crossed the date indicated and wrote Wednesday October 28th. Wouhouuu, more time to wait while I pay my 220$+/monthly condo fees. A certain individual seemed to be very displeased with all of this and wrote on the piece of paper "This place is a f*cking joke". The piece of paper was taken down by some staff member probably. Now I think we can all agree that this is NOT how someone should communicate their thoughts. Although I disagree with what this individual did, I have to say that I do agree with the message and upon communicating with residents on my floor, they laughed and agreed as well. Now what should a professional business do in this case? Ignore the message and move on? I think yes.....but you guess it, Pierda thought otherwise. How about we fight fire with fire. Pierda retaliated and reposted the message with one of their own stating ''To the person who wrote the message ''This place is a f*cking joke" on the elevator notice. You piece of sh*t can always move out" I'm going to let you decided how you feel about this. There are children that live in this building and people that have recently moved in. I'm pretty sure they don't feel comfortable at home. I could go on and on about what happens here but I would be writing a never ending essay. Once again Pierda, you have not failed to disappoint and disrespect the people that pay your salary. What a disgusting and disgraceful response. I highly suggest you apologize to ALL RESIDENTS in this building for such actions. FYI, I have more pictures of the people working for Pierda walking around the building without a mask on during a pandemic. (You installed the signs for the mask policy remember?) If I am to be disrespected or hear of such actions like this again I will expose the individuals above with names and pictures. This is not a threat, it is a promise. Have a great day Pierda, best of luck, you're going to need it.

So far, I had no issues with my calls or emails. Always on time. I spoke to Celine this morning for 15 minutes and she answered all the questions I had about special assessments and condos fees for May/June 2021. Thank you Celine.

I own a condo that is under Group Pierda and I have never seen a condo association not care that much. I am paying almost $300 per month for bad service. There are several problems which I have asked them to address, ant and spider infestation, hole on the walls in common area, recycling and garbage bin and more, yet, they either never response or say that they will not address the problem. However, when they need something from you, they expect you to bend hills and mountains for them. I do not recommend AT ALL!

Even to rate this Syndicate 1 Star is way too much, they are such very bad management company with unprofessional working people who just print papers and send emails in return of no service or no services at all. we have an elevator in our building broken down and out of service for at least 3 to 4 months in a year and yet to replace it or even replace broken parts takes for ever to do. I would definitely boot them off and not recommend them to manage any Condominium Buildings business in the future.

They don't repair anything in a timely manner. We've had 2 floods and the city required them to install backflow valves 4 years ago and still haven't done it. Our basement flooded again a few months ago. Our windows have been broken since we moved in 4 years ago and they won't replace them. They also insult tenants on their emails. Our latest problem is our hot water tank broke on Friday (March 11) and they told us we have to wait until Monday. I called a plumber who said they could do it but the site super said they wanted a price first. Because of it was going to be too much, they wouldn't do it. I work in commercial real estate, if I were to allow things to get to the point these people do, I'd be fired. This must be the place where all the people who have been tossed from good companies go to make tenants' lives terrible.
