This is an excellent sports store. They have a good selection of all kinds of sporting goods and always have great deals on new equipment. They also have a huge selection of used stuff. They offer season - long rentals of ski equipment which is the best way to equip young kids who outgrow their stuff every year. It's worth the trip over to Gatineau to check this place out.

Very good experience. Lots of sales people. You can rent, buy new and used. They have a scale, as some fitting works by weight. Lots of clientelle. Great location for Hull, Aylmer and Chelsea residents. Had to return an item for size reasons, and had no problem. Return policy is 10 days.

We rent skis for my children there for $125 for boots skis and poles for the year. Excellent value. Staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. I will go there for many years. Sometimes it's busy but that's because it's popular. Excellent value on sunglasses as well

Went there couple years ago and prices and stock were great for what it was (used goods). Rented a pair of skis about 3 years ago and all was fine. Nowadays it's a total different story. Went there 3 times for different sports and every time, everything seemed disorganized; not very knowledgeable staff and their rental bikes are laughing stock. Mountain bike was so bad that it felt dangerous on the trails. I'd be ashamed to charge these prices. I'm not asking for specialized service from this kind of place but it felt really bad the 3 times I had to go there lately. I was even spectator of a fight between 2 employees from one side to the other of the store.

Very helpful staff. Was shopping for a new bicycle. They suggested 3 different models, that they completely adjusted to allow me to take quick road tests. They really went the extra mile to find the best fit for me. Made me feel like I was a VIP.

Went to buy ski boots and to adjust my ski bindings to the boots. The one star is for the great people who helped me with choosing the boots otherwise I wouldn't of even endured giving a star. Otherwise, when I went to adjust the bindings, I had a surprise. According to the staff on site, which let's get real here, were a bunch of teenagers, my bindings are expired, but lets be real here, I saw the kid's face, he had no idea how to adjust them. Especially because the bindings are made by Rossignol, which is a really top of the line company, they should be familiar with all the models. And then the manager comes to me and says, "they are expired". First of all, saying the truth can save your reputation amongst the consumers. Secondly, of course the kid didn't know how to adjust my 4 year old bindings if the "professionally trained employee" didn't have a real expert to consult with. Coming from a manager, it felt as if she didn't know the equipment either so she had to trust the kid's opinion. Oh before I forget, the manager asked the kid, "can we adjust these?" And the kid answered by raising his shoulders saying "I don't know". And she still had the courage to lie although I fully heard their discussion.

I purchased some k2 inline Skates for my wife online. Within days I get an email with a refund receipt. No explanation as to why. Any professional business would maybe provide an explanation. Nope......not this place. I will never order from here again. If their website isn’t updated and they were out of stock maybe think of doing a better job with your website. Poor and unprofessional communication with this company. YES I GOT AN EMAIL MAY 10. JUST A RECEIPT. NO EXPLANATION. HOW DO I KNOW WHAT THE ISSUE WAS. STOCK?, MAYBE A PAYMENT ISSUE? WHAT IM SAYING IS TO PROVIDE AN EXPLANATION NEXT TIME SO THE CUSTOMER KNOWS WHY.
