B	Brent Ackison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a bit of used seasonal equipment at fairly reasonable prices. Don't expect to get much for your used sporting goods, and some of the used equipment is heavily used. Staff is helpful and generally knowledgable. Skate sharpening on site.

However, we were sold outdated equipment downhill skis, and received dubious service on skis we purchased there. If you are buying used equipment from here be sure you know exactly what you are looking for and do not trust that they will sell you the proper equipment that you need. Details below if you want to know more. Purchased a pair of used skis for our 8 year old. The skis that were sold to us did not have current bindings, and when we went to fit them to our boots and they wouldn't fit. Went back to the store and the techs informed us they would make it work. I received a call saying the bindings needed to be upgraded and it would cost more to install a used but newer binding. They didn't swap the bindings, they swapped the skis and didn't tell us. I received a pair a skis that had the same design pattern but were in much worse condition (rusty edges, etc.) but had updated binding than the original pair of skis I purchased.

The new ski boots I got are so good. They"re so comfortable that I could have a good nights sleep in them. I also got my skates sharpened there and they were so sharp I could've used them as a kitchen knife. I went to Houle sports before going to Play it Again and the service was exceptionally worst. It was nothing like the caring service I got at Play it Again. My overall experience at Play it Again was exquisite and I would definitely recommend this store over ANY sports store in the city ;)

I was able to trade in my pull up bar and get store credit. Customer service is also great as I emailed them about whether I could sell my pull up bar and provided pictures and they responded the next day.

Immediately the staff member had 2 options for me, well below my stated budget as well. I loved the 2nd pair and purchased them. In and out in record time. The staff was super kind! 100% recommend.
