Carla Selwan went above and beyond in helping me during a very challenging time both physically and emotionally. In need of physio, I was clearly in a vulnerable state and Carla - along with the rest of the staff - took exceptional care of me, helped me heal and taught me valuable « at-home » exercises that I continue to practise today. I recommend this clinic as the staff is not only very knowledgeable but they provide a « custom » individual personal care.

I came to them about 2 years after an injury to my ankle and was shocked how quickly I was able to heal, get rid of the swelling and be discharged. My ankle hasn't been this strong in years and I feel comfortable participating in enduring physical activity thanks to their team, in particular Marian!

Everyone who works there including the staff in the front desk take such good care of me. They are always smiling and are very attentive to everyone's needs. My therapist Marian was very knowledgeable, thorough and explained not only what she was doing at every step in my recovery, but also why it was important. I sincerely appreciated this. She was always very attentive and fully listened to the ongoing description of my pain, symptoms and concerns rather than just assume what I was going to say next. I had secondary pain and stiffness due to a chronic injury that was interacting with this specific new injury and she always took the extra time to address both areas as a system to ease pain and aid recovery rather than just narrowly focus on the acute issue. Once again, I truly appreciated the extra attention and care. I highly recommend Pro Physio Vantage.

She was professional and extremely knowledgeable about what was needed for me to heal properly. What I thought was different from other places is that she seems to care about how I was coming along. She also gave me great suggestions about what else I could do for a speedy recovery. I think something else notable was the service provided by the front desk staff. They were prompt, helpful and always had a smile! I would definitely recommend this place!

Each session for me was 25-30 minutes and the rest of the time I was sitting on the bed, waiting. That 25 minutes was 5 minutes ultrasound, 10-15 minutes exercise and massage by the person and then 10 minutes vibrating. That was all. The recommended exercises were on the internet and everone could know. I pay $85 for an actual therapy not this. I chose the place because of the good reviews and maybe it was just my bad experience (4 sessions). But to be fair, the service I received was not worth it at all.
