★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been seeing one of the owners for several years for Rolfing and continue to go for booster visits at least 3 times a year; I suffered from whiplash several times, was seen by massage therapists, acupuncturists, physiotherapists, was prescribed pain medication, anti-inflammatories, etc. and nothing got rid of the constant pain in my neck and shoulder areas. I was then introduced to Rolfing and the rest is history........ I highly recommend this procedure to anyone who suffers from constant pain whether it be a sports injury or daily aches and pains. It has changed my life. I am a lot more attentive to my body, deal with aches and pains sooner than later and have been given many tips over the years to lessen the chances of injury whether it be as a result of a sports activity, sitting at a desk all day and/or playing with my grand-daughter. Do yourself a favor - give it a try.
