★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has a team of staff who are always willing to help, find items, and quick at retrieving online orders.
The retail section of the store is neat, tidy, well organized and easy to get around.
Unfortunately, the washrooms (womens', anyway) are not in good shape.
They need a deep cleaning, then touchups throughout the day.
Today, the soap dispensers were empty, the floor dirty, and the toilets not fit for sitting on.
Please consider a healthier space for your shoppers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is typically clean yet sometimes a bit cluttered. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. My only try complaint is the line ups when paying. This has been an ongoing issue for years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is great, but the poor employees. I walk in and there's only one employee in the entire store — at the cash. I ask him if he's the only one there, he says yes. This is unacceptable for such a large store. There needs to be more people on the floor to help the customers and the poor staff! Also, the store is always sweltering, whenever I ask someone about the AC they say it is out of their control!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the store to drop off a Purolator package but was delighted by their spring collection of silk flowers, which were so irresistibly, especially with the sale prices. I have brought the spring into my home before the snow and ice melt.
