The setup is a little different compared to other similar restaurants chains . You order your food at a counter and they deliver it to your table . They offer unlimited sauce, buns and soup or coleslaw. The quarter chicken dinner with a side poutine came with fast even when they were busy . The sauce was much thicker and sweeter which I now prefer over another Ontario brand . The chicken was juicy and hot and poutine fires where crinkle cut and crunchy . Am looking forward to trying them again . One thing I would like to add since going back . Some of the meal options come prepackaged in wasteful plastic containers when dining in . I wish benny & co could offer a plated version when dining in to help the environment ! See the picture of my dessert.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got five quarter chicken meals, some legs and some breast, and different sides including fries, rice, garden salad and Caesar salad. I tasted everything and everything was delicious. Yummy chicken, tasty gravy, the coleslaw was was perfect, fries were crispy, rice was a yummy pilaf type and the salads fresh.

Went with 3 teenagers. Everyone agreed that this was the best chicken in Orleans.
Order at counter and site in restaurant style seating. Or takeout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered meals for 3 people online. Very easy process. Delivery was on time and order was accurate and food still hot. Two meals were hot chicken sandwiches which came with fries, coleslaw and lots of thick tasty gravy. There's a choice of dark or white meat and we had the dark. The 3rd meal was chicken poutine and was delish as well as our sandwiches. No complaints about anything including the price. Definitely an "order again".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall I love benny &co. Great chicken, fries and dipping sauce. Would recommend for sure. But if you're looking for a good chicken wrap do not go here. Looks like something you would get at a gas station. Too small, min lettuce, and not enough chicken, and definitely not worth the money. Pick something else on thier menu, you won't be disappointed with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a family meal through the drive thru and basically got a full chicken. The salads were really good, service was excellent, but the chicken was very dry and overcooked. The skin was tough, the breasts were crumbling, and the thighs were like eating sand. No amount of their gravy could help the situation. I hope our experience was not typical, but if it was, we will not be back and I recommend that you steer clear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I genuinely don't know the target audience for this place. Price is relatively cheap to other dine in places but quality is on par with fast food chain. I advise just go to MacDonald or KFC. Their rib is pretty much frozen rib quality from the super market.
