F	Flávia dos Santos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff not too friendly. When ordered by phone, food is extremely late and comes cold. Driver leaves order in steps without ringing or knocking on door. The food was extremely salty and greacy. Horrible service, horrible food, horrible experience.

I went to the location, and saw that they were closing 30 minutes before 10pm closing time, and all of the employees were leaving with bags of food. Are they purposely cancelling orders at the last minute so they can steal the food that they've been cooking?

And customer support is even worst! Dont listen simply want my money back at this point. ? five call later still cant get a refund! KFC you are a dying brand and should be replace by Popeye's chicken at least they deserve my $$! Seriously KFC worst worst service ever!
S	Shylah Antle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to order from this restaurant and didn’t receive my order waited two hours for no contact from the store or from anybody to say that the order wasn’t happening. Contacted KFC mainline to be put on hold for 35 minutes for nobody to pick up the phone and leave me hanging. Tried to contact the store this morning to talk about what happened to my orders last night and nobody’s answering the phone I keep getting hung up on! Poor customer service, poor management poor staff working at this location! We basically waited two hours for food that never came there’s a reason why we stopped ordering from KFC and will now continue to not order from KFC. If this is the way this company does business I’m surprised you’re still even in business get a grip! Also it takes a week possibly for management in head office to call back to deal with their situation not satisfied at all with the service we receive from a company this large!

The poor cashier has evidently had zero training and had no idea what he was doing. Order was wrong debit was not working and the staff really need training. Management should step up seeing as this is the only KFC that I know of in Gatineau. Staff were pleasant and fixed order.
R	Rosie V. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirty place, dirty staff… the lady at the cash was just disgusting. Her nails were very dirty and her mouth has that crust stuff on each side, like she hasn’t brush her teeth in days…we were so disgusted that we couldn’t eat the food. If only I could give zero star!
M	Michelle Watts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10/10 do not recommend. Last time I ordered KFC (PFK) was about 3 years ago. I decided to give it a try again. It was the last time I will ever waste my money. I tried calling the store 5 times to get an ETA on delivery after it was 40 minutes late. The phone kept ringing until it was cut off with a message saying the answer machine was full. When the order came, my drink was missing. The chicken was burnt and dry. The fries were ice cold. I filled out their survey and all I got from the company was an email saying sorry with a button saying "apologies accepted." I wouldn't recommend this location based on my experience.
G	Gimp Shepart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't recommend any sane person to go there. After a few call there, with zero response, we decided to go there and see if they are are open. We went inside and we were the only one there. We said hello, then a few minutes later a girl show up. She ask what do we want. We give her our order, and never I have seen someone more incompetent then this. Zero knowledge of what were ordering, and keep telling us to wait so she can have a chat with some people and the back and drinking. Finally got our order after 30 minutes, we went back home only to see that the chicken was cold and fries, and have a pathetic Kentucky Scorcher chicken burger. More bread than anything else. Finish eating our meal only to get food poisoning after a few hours. I hope that place gets close down.
