Service de vente convainquant mais la suite laisse perplexe. Installation d’un systĂšme Lenox central de chez Costco. Bas niveau de gaz rĂ©frigĂ©rant des la premiĂšre journĂ©e, premier appel de service et rĂ©paration effectuĂ©e. SystĂšme inefficace, modifiĂ© sans frais par un ajout d’accessoire installĂ© de façon mĂ©diocre. Du engager un second contracteur pour modifier. Maintenant systĂšme un peu plus efficace. Le service aprĂšs vente et d’installation semble ĂȘtre le maillon faible de cette entreprise.
Sales service convincing but the result is puzzling. Installation of a central Lenox system from Costco. Low level of refrigerant gas the first day, first call of service and repair done. Ineffective system, modified at no cost by adding a poorly installed accessory. To hire a second contractor to modify. Now system a little more efficient. The after sales and installation service seems to be the weakest link in this business.

J’aimerais pouvoir donner 0. En gros notre unitĂ© avait une accumulation de glace et ne poussait pas d’air froid, ils ont donc ajoutĂ© 1lbs de freon. La semaine passĂ©e l’unitĂ© partait et arrĂȘtait Ă  chaque 30 secondes et ne fonctionnait pas. Le mĂȘme technicien est venu hier et nous Ă  dit qu’il y avait 1lbs de freon de trop... Il a donc retirĂ© de 1lbs de freon qu’il avait lui mĂȘme ajoutĂ© Ă  peine 7 mois passĂ©. Donc monsieur a donnĂ© un diagnostique au hasard puisqu’il n’était pas capable de trouver le problĂšme. La rĂ©ceptionniste me dit qu’ils nous a rendu un service et que l’on aurait dĂ» payer lorsqu’il a retirĂ© le liquide. Je je comprends pas qu’une compagnie veule charger des clients alors qu’ils ne rendent pas le service demandĂ©, ne sont pas capable de diagnostiquer le problĂšme et ni d’admettre qu’ils n’ont pas les compĂ©tences pour rĂ©parer notre air climatisĂ©. Bref, l’unitĂ© ne fonctionne toujours pas. Et aussi, ils ne veulent pas honorer la garantie qui est encore valide pour 2 ans disant qu’elle n’est plus valide lorsque le propriĂ©taire change. Par contre j’ai en ma possession tous les papiers de l’achat de l’unitĂ© en 2012 et rien ne stipule que la garantie n’est plus valide s’il y a changement de propriĂ©taire.
I wish I could give 0. Basically our unit had ice buildup and was not pushing cold air, so they added 1lbs of freon. Last week the unit started and stopped every 30 seconds and did not work. The same technician came yesterday and told us that there was 1lbs of freon too many ... He therefore removed 1lbs of freon that he himself had added just 7 months ago. So the gentleman gave a random diagnosis since he was unable to find the problem. The receptionist told me that they had done us a favor and that we should have paid when he removed the cash. I do not understand that a company wants to charge customers when they do not provide the service requested, are not able to diagnose the problem and admit that they do not have the skills to repair our air conditioning . In short, the unit still does not work. And also, they do not want to honor the warranty which is still valid for 2 years saying that it is no longer valid when the owner changes. On the other hand, I have in my possession all the papers for the purchase of the unit in 2012 and nothing stipulates that the warranty is no longer valid if there is a change of owner.

Nous avons fait installer une thermopompe au dĂ©but septembre et lors de l'installation, ils ont percĂ© un trou dans notre revĂȘtement extĂ©rieur, mais sans faire attention Ă  ce qu'il pourrait y avoir dans le mur... Ils ont percĂ© trop creux et ont sectionnĂ© deux fils Ă©lectriques qu'ils ont dĂ» rĂ©parer "Ă  la botch"... Ils ne sont jamais revenus mettre le "caping" extĂ©rieur sur les fils de la thermopompe, alors qu'ils nous avaient donnĂ© un rendez-vous Ă  cet effet le 24 septembre dernier... On a laissĂ© au moins 3 messages vocaux si pas plus, personne ne nous a rappelĂ© Ă  ce sujet. Service aprĂšs vente assez ordinaire pour ne pas dire mĂ©diocre! Je ne recommande pas du tout. *À noter que nous sommes passĂ©s par Costco pour l'achat et, donc, nous n'avons pas choisi cette compagnie...
We had a heat pump installed in early September and during the installation they drilled a hole in our exterior siding, but without paying attention to what there might be in the wall ... They drilled too deep and cut two electric wires that they had to repair "Ă  la botch" ... They never came back to put the exterior "caping" on the wires of the heat pump, even though they had given us an appointment at this effect last September 24 ... We left at least 3 voicemail messages if not more, no one called us back on this subject. After-sales service fairly ordinary, if not mediocre! I do not recommend at all. * Note that we went through Costco for the purchase and, therefore, we did not choose this company ...

Service aprÚs vente lamentable. Nous avons été trÚs patients suite à des problÚmes rencontrés avec une thermopompe. Il a été reconnu que l'unité est défectueuse, et maintenant nous sommes ignorés depuis prÚs d'un an. La seule étoile (le minimum possible), si je peux l'attribuer, irait à la réceptionniste, qui j'en suis certaine transmet mes messages à la personne qui ne retourne jamais ses appels.
Terrible after-sales service. We were very patient following the problems encountered with a heat pump. It has been recognized that the unit is faulty, and now we have been ignored for almost a year. The only star (the minimum possible), if I can give it, would go to the receptionist, who I'm sure forwards my messages to the person who never returns their calls.

Non mais ....aprĂšs avoir attendu 10 jours pour un rendez-vous pour une rĂ©paration ça fait maintenant 1 mois et 2 jours que la piĂšce est supposĂ©ment commandĂ©e...aprĂšs s'ĂȘtre rendu Ă  bout et talonner la mystĂ©rieuse madame des piĂšces...on apprend que la piĂšce n'est pas commandĂ©e car le numĂ©ro n'Ă©tait pas dans le systĂšme...elle a envoyĂ© un courriel mais n'a pas eu de rĂ©ponse...Wow! Pu jamais RĂ©frigĂ©ration Outaouais! Pu jamais Lennox...on regardait pour un systĂšme d'appoint mais ce ne sera pas lĂ ...trĂšs dĂ©cu...contemple la rĂ©paration par nous-mĂȘme quitte Ă  annuler la garantie...service Ă©pouvantable, pire qu'inexistant... 1 Ă©toile car 0 n'est pas possible
No, but ... after having waited 10 days for an appointment for a repair it has now been 1 month and 2 days that the part is supposedly ordered ... after having reached the end and following the mysterious lady of the parts ... we learn that the part is not ordered because the number was not in the system ... she sent an email but had no response ... Wow! Could never Réfrigération Outaouais! Could never Lennox ... we were looking for a backup system but it will not be there ... very disappointed ... contemplate the repair by ourselves even if it means canceling the warranty ... terrible service, worse than nonexistent ... 1 star because 0 is not possible

Malheureusement, la note de 0 Ă©toile ne peut ĂȘtre donnĂ©. Je n'ai pas l'habitude de donner des avis sur internet et encore moins dire des choses nĂ©gatives sur une entreprise mais cette fois, l'expĂ©rience aprĂšs vente est tout simplement mauvaise. Cela fait 2 mois que j'attends afin qu'ils honores la garantie (ils m'ont confirmĂ© qu'il le ferai) et toujours en attente. Le propriĂ©taire est venu sur place pour constater la machine dĂ©fectueuse. Aucun sourire, il enlĂšve son masque en pĂ©riode de COVID et repart sans nous informer de quoi que se soit. J'essaie de les appeler dans les deux semaines qui suivent, toujours sans nouvelle car la rĂ©ceptionniste est trop occupĂ©. Je me suis donc dĂ©placĂ© sur place et la rĂ©ceptionniste ne fait que jaser Ă  l'extĂ©rieure pendant 30 minutes au tĂ©lĂ©phone sur des sujets de sa vie personnel. (J'attends pour rien Ă  cĂŽtĂ©). Finalement, elle me dit que mon dossier est en attente chez Lennox (Fournisseur de mon air climatisĂ©) tout en Ă©tant super bĂȘte. Trouvant le tout bizarre car cela fait maintenant 6 semaines que j'attends, je dĂ©cide de contacter un autre fournisseur. Il ne vends pas de Lennox mais dĂ©cide de m'aider. En l'espace de 2 semaines, mon air climatisĂ© est installĂ© chez nous et en plus, l'autre fournisseur a honorĂ© la garantie de rĂ©frigĂ©ration Outaouais ce qui n'Ă©tait pas obligĂ© de faire. Conclusion, j'appel rĂ©frigĂ©ration et demande un suivis de mon dossier. Quel a Ă©tĂ© ma rĂ©action lorsqu'il me dise que mon dossier est toujours en attente chez Lennox. J'ai tout simplement rĂ©pondu : fermĂ© mon dossier, en deux semaines un autre fournisseur a tout rĂ©glĂ© pour vous. Bref, ils se foutent du service aprĂšs vente, ne font pas de suivis auprĂšs de leur client et sont tout simplement des menteurs. Je ne recommande pas du tout ce fournisseur Ă  personne. DĂ©solĂ©.
Unfortunately, a 0 star rating cannot be given. I am not used to giving reviews on the internet let alone saying negative things about a company but this time the after sales experience is just bad. I have been waiting for 2 months for them to honor the warranty (they have confirmed to me that they will) and still pending. The owner came to see the faulty machine. No smile, he takes off his mask during COVID and leaves without informing us of anything. I try to call them within two weeks, still without news because the receptionist is too busy. So I went there and the receptionist just chatted outside for 30 minutes on the phone on subjects of her personal life. (I wait for nothing next). Finally, she tells me that my file is pending at Lennox (Supplier of my air conditioning) while being super stupid. Finding it all weird because I have been waiting for 6 weeks now, I decide to contact another supplier. He doesn't sell Lennox but decides to help me. In the space of 2 weeks, my air conditioning is installed with us and in addition, the other supplier honored the Outaouais refrigeration guarantee which was not required to do. Conclusion, I call refrigeration and ask for a follow-up of my file. What was my reaction when he told me that my file is still pending at Lennox. I simply replied: closed my file, in two weeks another supplier has settled everything for you. In short, they don't give a damn about after-sales service, don't follow up with their customer and are simply liars. I do not recommend this provider to anyone at all. Sorry.

Called for service on my AC. Had to wait a week for appointment. They then called 2 hours before they were suppose to show up to cancel and tried to offer me an appointment in another week. Highly Unprofessional. 0/10

Would put 0 stars if I could... We purchased a Heat Pump unit through Costco, Refrigeration Outaouais was the service provider. The unit was not cooling down the house, I called for a service call. They never responded, after leaving many messages, nobody ever returned my calls... WORST after-sale service ever...!!!
