J	Jane Doe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped there for a quick bite in a Sunday afternoon. The employee didn't know the restaurant's menu, the food took forever and everything was cold. The gravy was half full and we could tell it wasn't fresh but instead, reheated in the microwave. I will not be back. No quality control and no care in the world. I'm surprised this location is still open.
A	Arshdeep Brar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management needs to not be under staffed. Drive through after 8 is so bad. They have only 3 workers in the whole restaurant. Only 1 worker is working cash and preparing the orders. 2 workers are cooking that’s it.
S	Sean H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: Oct 18th Back a week later. No rings again - I come here mainly for the onion rings. I know. Lame. But when I want a burger I want rings and these are my favourite. Including just now, the last 2 times I came here there were no rings. Probably better for my health to not have fries And rings but I wanted to hate myself today and I've been robbed of that. :(

One hamburger special ordered, but probably special ordered for the A&W burger maker, missing lettuce and pickles. Oh well this place will be placed on my DO NOT ORDER list. Got my money once, will not get it again. Enjoy my $40.......

No combos available, got the big breakfast no tomatoes , soggy toasts. Forgot to put sugar in coffees. My 3 to 4 times a month going there is 0 now. not first time lost 2 custs here

I noticed her mean tone when I was placing the order but I decided to ignore it, my daughter pointed out the lady’s mean tone. And I asked my daughter to over look it that maybe the lady was having a hard day. When I got to the window to pick up my order, we waited quite a while. Not sure what was going on inside but when we corrected the server who at the window about our order. The lady taking the orders came to window and ask that the young man attending to us move inside. I saw the lady who was mean earlier on( she had the headphones). I calmly explained to her what was wrong with the order she took and that we need to change one of the juice in the order to a coffee for me. She said I should watch my tone. I was taken aback. This lady have been everything but cordial since we got here. How is it that she is now asking me to watch my tone? I asked her; “seems like it’s been one of those days”. I was trying to show empathy, but she was bent on being mean. So I decided to ignore her, I picked up my order and left. But before I left, I said to her; “if you don’t like this job, please find a job you love”. My little daughter added; “the young man who used to be here is really nice”.
C	Colin Snelson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not usually one to do this but this was absurd. The staff literally ran and hid as we got to the door to not serve us. Drove up to the drivethrough at 10:30pm and noticed a trashcan blocking it. Fair, so we went for takeout. The whole time I'm parking I'm noticing the staff watching us (I assume to see if we were coming in). As soon as I got out of the car, and they realized I was coming in, they all jumped up and ran to the back and ducked under the desks, I kid you not. Honestly I wish I was joking. I tried the door, of course it's locked (supposed to be 24/7), and decided it wasn't worth bothering with. By the time I got back to my car, I could see them all poking their heads out to look at me to see that I'd left. Honestly I would understand if this were staff shortage, but I counted 4 people for sure, and only saw one person wearing their mask. Honestly pretty sad to see staff taking such advantage of a franchise. Will not be going back to this location. 01/18/2022 @ 10:30pm

Sweet potato fries is a bit over fried but still tasty, love the combination of yam fries and chipotle sauce, wondering if we can buy some. The restaurant itself is a bit gloomy and the garbage area seem to be disorganized.
