R	Remykin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff! Store can be very busy with long wait times to be helped so it is best to go during less busy periods (weekdays) and know exactly what you are going for! You can also order online and pick up in the store. Definitely sign up for their rewards program as it saves you money and they send you coupons for future purchases

G	GQ Masonry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called in and gave the representative my order he confirmed the amounts of gallons and told me it be ready within 2 hours. I drove 1.5hrs (there and back) and left my work site just to be told it will be ready the next day. I said ok what is the final price for what is roughly 30gallons. I was speaking with Veronica she gave me a dollar amount to the penny saying 1830.74$. She confirmed to me this amount at least 2 more times before asking my credit card info. She then told me after talking to her manager that they will deliver it for me at no extra charge the following day at 8:30am. Again I have my guys ready to work the delivery doesnt get here till 10am not only that i see she charged my credit card 1988.35$. I called back and spoke to Veronica to get some understanding for the over charge and got nothing but excuses no straight forward answers and attidute. Although the price is a bit expensive compared to what I got quoted elsewhere. I'm more dissatisfied with the service more than anything. I have a few more big size projects and will be going with Benjamin Moore this time as this was handled in my view very unprofessionally.

The staff is consistently friendly, knowledgeable and professional, especially Alex! He was helpful, patient and upbeat on the phone as well as in person. The paint is on the pricey side but their products are high quality and the colours are absolutely beautiful. Their phone ordering and curbside pickup system is efficient and the orders are ready in a timely manner. Great job!

Their sale rep. Alex waisted my time more than once and delayed the project. Client, myself and fellow painters will never go back. I hope this saves you guys time and $.
