★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weekends are horrid hear... we go every 3 months or so on a Sunday and it's always the same disaster.... holiday wkd or not. Lack of cooked chicken so then ppl are stuck waiting and most time lack of staff which most likely makes the chicken problem arise... the manager better yet the owner of this chain store should ensure proper staffing and training....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a mess!!!! I gave it 3 chances now and it's not getting any better. Today took 30 min too tell me after the order was taken that they did not have a crunch to put in the crunch combo!! Last time waited 45 min for an order. And also today the taco bell was closed!!!? Is this fast food or not?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PFK its KFC...I don't like their food at all....smell bad, too salty, too much oil, not well done ?, and it's not HALAL....if they would have halal I am sure all the people will buy from them and I am sure its going to taste better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been there twice the staff could not give me a smile if their life depended upon it. The food is very bad and greasy and the place is dirty. I asked the front person for the price of the salad and I swear I was disturbing him and they are so slow. I will never go back and if colonel Sanders was still alive he would be ashamed of this restaurant. I had to give it one star in order to post this comment but I would not even give it one star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compared to other KFCs, this is definitely one of the worst. The staff doesn't seem to care at all; the place is filthy and the chicken is often cooked in dirty oil, making it come out very dark and with a "burnt oil" taste. There were always chicken pieces missing in the buckets we bought. They often only accept cash as the debit/credit terminals are out of order. The washrooms are always disgusting, or out of order. The service is slow and they couldn't care less about customer complaints. Basically, this place is horrible. There aren't many KFCs in Gatineau but if you can, go to ANY other Kentucky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After trying to give this place another chance always end up with the same disapointing feeling , staff is discusting , dirty and even smells of body oder, chicken is really greasy plus smells and tast burnt , last time for real , wasted money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Errors in order which was annoying because it was pick up and couldn't be fixed that night. After a call to the 1800 number the manager called me back the next day and rectified the problem. Merci Steve. So in short, problems but that happens, here the manager fixed the problem. What more can I ask for?
