M	Mike F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ McDonald's is McDonald's never perfect. I was inside the restaurant Saturday morning to order two breakfast sandwiches and a coffee it took about 20 minutes there was some argument at the drive-thru with a supervisor and a customer. There seems to be no organization at all. And the fact the staff coming and going for their shift come right through between the front counter giving high fives and hugging other stuff that are there not very professional.
c	c kelly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend this McDonalds. They skipped me in the drive through line, i ordered a coke, there was no ice, I asked for ice they said they didn't have any. I also ordered an ice coffee but miraculously came with ice! I asked for ice on the side, they gave it to me along with an eye roll. Went to drink the coke, it's flat and has chunks of syrup in it. Awful. I understand mistakes happen but they could be handled with respect.

But one thing I particularly noticed about McDonald's while take out from this branch that all outlets work 24x7 throughout the year. I happened to be out of town and was in need of some good meal. Unfortunately, not many restaurants were open due to Christmas day but McDonald's was open as usual and serving the customers with all efficiency. Really appreciate their all time available approach. Thanks.

Staff has no regard for customers and no concept of what there doing. Waited 45 minutes for an order in a dirty restaurant with a toddler and the order was still Wrong. Then had to go back and start this waiting process again. Staff leaves the cash when you walk up yet they were standing there doing nothing.
c	charif haidar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ order took 12min which is longer than other mcdo's, I received the pancake without syrup or utensils, burgers without any sauce given that this place don't offer ketchup or mayo booth, there weren't too many people on place on Monday noon, the quality of the food is good and seems fresh.

I was not hungry for the fries since they put alot of chicken in the wrap. They were quick on serving the food! I'll definitely come back!

There's no dine in so not sure what that's about. Not from Gatineau either or I'd drive back. Disappointing, meal wasted.
