L	Late on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. There were deals with items we bought but they didn't told us anything. Employee didn't care much about our order but when a female customer ordered her food all of a sudden he turned into an angel and even recommended her items. Everyone should get the same service period! We got 2 pizza, one of them was undercooked the other one was burnt. Cashier was too busy talking with his friends, pizza was sitting there for 10min. Cold and burnt pizza, bad service and expensive prices, save your money and get one from Costco instead. 12$ for a delicious perfectly cooked pizza at Costco.

Since they have hire a certain Sam as manager my experience there never been this much crappy. I have ordered once a pizza and wing, i was told after 10 minute exactly when my pizza got out that they cant give me the wing since they have to give priority to online order. I was alreafy waiting for the wing they left my pizza on the counter and the casher proceed to cook the wing for me. I went to sit back there but by my surprise another 10 min later the manager pop out and start yelling at his employee for making me wing. I went back to the counter to confront him and explain to me the priority stuff about online order. I had to call pizza pizza to order the wing i already paid which they were ready . They reimbourse me the wing and made me pay again but guess what 2-3 $ dollar more i asked why the overprice and was told they have different price for counter and online. In the meanwhile my pizza is still on the counter . finally got my food and left. I had another situation again today. Im tired of that place i used to like going there but now it just frustrate me. Please dont go. Here a picture of my visit there i usually spend 10-15 min. But that time specifically spend almost 40 min.

A	Aaron Lauzon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivered late and wrong toppings on April 17th 2022 and was supposed to be free, but three days and four customer service representatives saying four different things about my refund and now I got to wait 3-5 business days to get refunded. NEVER PAY IN ADVANCE WITH APP OR ONLINE! They keep your money and use every lie and excuse to hold your money. Still waiting for my refund for my subpar pizza that was cold and an hour and 5 minutes late when I was in pointe Gatineau at the time (same neighborhood) within a kilometre of the store. Never ordering from pizza pizza again. If they do this to everyone in this situation (prepaid late delivery refunds) which is alot, 3-5 business days with all Canadians money in escrow they're making quite a bit of compound interest just holding OUR money which should be refunded immediately before even hanging up with them the first time I called. Not four different stories from four representatives and a manager who even lied about their policy to me. This company's customer service are ill informed and unable to help in any way, even supervisors. Just a beyond frustrating experience. Update: 10 days later and no refund. Just a bunch of liars.
G	Geezy me on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered three pizzas on this day. Two of which had very spoiled pepperoni. As soon as you opened the pizza box, you could smell how off the pepperoni were. Contacted customer service and they gave me a credit assuming I would want to order from pizza pizza again when they just served me spoiled product. Never ordering here again

They forgot my fries that I paid for, they brought them back which was nice, but they were the same fries that were made 1h30 ago. Unfortunate that good customer service is so hard to come by now days.
