★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoy this location - The staff is knowledgable and always offering assistance when looking for products. I typically go to the Ottawa locations (Despite living in Gatineau) because I am anxious when speaking French with my limited vocabulary, however the Gentleman allowed me to attempt to speak French and didn't rush or criticize me. They were very patient and understanding, which really helps me because they are 10 minutes away from me, rather than the other location which is around 40 minutes in traffic!
