★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend Dr Tanya Manikkam at The Ottawa Naturopathic Clinic. She is very knowledgeable. She is kind and thorough. Dr. Tanya makes the time to work with you on all your questions and concerns. Being post menopausal, she has helped me get my hormones and my general body chemistry to the point where I am feeling the best I have ever felt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hit a plateau in my cycling and so I decided to focus on what I was eating. After asking some of friends and talking to the local teams I decided to contact Allison for help. The receptionist at the clinic was very pleasant and she helped me book my first appointment. With a few simple changes to my diet I was able to not only meet but exceed my goals!
