The doctor really cares about my health and is knowledgeable and thoughtful in his interactions and treatment. The admin staff is always professional, helpful and friendly. Great job people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love this clinic. Dr. Moukheiber and her team are so compassionate and just downright amazing. Dr. Moukheiber followed me throughout my pregnancy and after, she is attentive, provides quality care, and just so compassionate. In her care along with her team i felt safe and cared for. They have a great team working along side with her. My pregnancy though high risk, i was not worried for a second when i knew she was right there doing everything she can to provide me with exceptional care. My daughter born safely into the world. Thank you Dr. Moukheiber along with your team, Nurses and Doctors alike.

She just recently saved my life and given me hope for some underlying issues that have been going on. I cannot thank her enough. You have given me hope and my life back. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will give Dr. Chow 5 stars, she is a wonderful doctor, but I will give the customer services by office zero star. They always excuse and make it difficult to book an appointment for an urgent issues. Whenever I call, the office tells me the nearest appointment is for next month or in two months. I am really annoyed with their services. I am fully vaccinated, don't have any Covid symptoms, but still the office treats me as I have Covid 19, they refuse to give me in person appointment for an urgent case and just offers me a phone appointment for next month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great doctors (really the best I’ve ever had, and the reason I stay), but horrible customer service/policies. Good luck if you’re late by even a minute - you’ve missed your appointment and need to pay a fee. But if you get there on time, be prepared to wait as long as they need. Need help scheduling an in-person appointment (their online system only lets you cancel and rebook virtual appointments)? Good luck getting someone to answer the phone.
They’ve added a voicemail that says “sorry, we know it’s hard to reach us” but that’s hardly a sufficient mitigation measure for such consistent failings. Frustrating for neurodiverse patients like myself who, for many reasons, appreciate consistency, logic, flexibility, and ease when trying to communicate with health care providers.
