The service at the clinic by the staff is terrible. It has come to a point, to find another Family doctor elsewhere. Especially when I am sick and want to contact a doctor, but is given a run around. Going to an emergency is another nightmare

If I could give a minus I would. Disgusting service from receptionists. This clinic is for profit and nothing else. Zero customer care. I haven’t been happy since my previous dr retired before the clinic was taken over.

If I could give a lower rating I would. Good luck: 1) getting an appointment. When you call you will receive an automated system that puts you on hold immediately. Expect a 20-30 minute wait before getting a machine. I have never spoken to a human being in this process. They will call you back days later, if at all. 2) seeing the same doctor more than once. I have a family doctor, officially, but I haven't seen her in over 3 years. She's still on their list of doctors, so presumably she still works there but I honestly couldn't tell ya. 3) receiving adequate care. Like I said, I get a different doctor every time so I know it's a persistent problem, not that there's one bad apple. They. Will. Not. Listen. to anything you have to say or take your concern seriously. It is as though they go into an appointment with a diagnosis before even seeing the patient. Hard to imagine medical "care" that's more condescending. 4) getting a refill. The idea almost makes me laugh at this point. They are the only clinic I have ever come across that doesn't communicate with pharmacies. You will have to book an appointment AT LEAST a month before your medication runs out in order to get anything on time. And no, it doesn't matter what medication or patient - it is a blanket policy. If you don't get an appointment before your meds run out, hopefully your pharmacy has its own policy for extending prescriptions because this office will not help. 5) missing or rescheduling an appointment. Another blanket policy that is ludicrous. Most clinics charge a fee for a missed appointment, but this is the highest I've seen by far. As listed in option 1, trying to communicate with this office at all is impossible, so I'm not sure how someone could successfully cancel. Fortunately for me, I've never had to. IF I ever get in to see them again, I will be requesting a referral to a new family medicine clinic. If that's not possible, I will simply be withdrawing altogether. I would rather go without care. Safe yourself the trouble, and find somewhere else.

So happy we dont go here anymore, unfortunately my mother still does because she cant find a new family doctor. One of the receptionists is extremely rude and the doctors are very passive when it comes to raising health concerns. Better off waiting at emergency than getting any help here. Would rate it zero stars if I could.

I have been a client of Dr.Gagnon for about 10 years now. I have never seen such bad customer service from the receptionists. I had an appointment on the phone today and NEVER got the phone call?! Almost 3 hours after my appointment was suppose to take place and no one is answering the phone at the clinic. I’ve called 10 times now and left a message. This is absolutely unacceptable and rude! I am so close on looking for another family doctor for myself and my daughter!

I have not been able to actually schedule an appointment with my family doctor for the last 3-4 years. I called today and was told I may be able to speak to an emergency on call doctor in two days if I get lucky (call immediately when they open and hope for the best) or I can speak with my family doctor on a phone consultation in 3 weeks. I am currently struggling to understand the purpose of having a family doctor. This is not an isolated event, this is how their practice is run.

Too many doctors, no availability. They work on the emergency clinic that runs 3 times per week. My pharmacist needed an answer for a prescription that needed the right dosage for penicillin, she Didn’t get anything back for days while I was sick. 4 secretaries for what? You’re on hold for 10 minutes and then you have to leave a message. I saw 2 people coming to take appointment while I was in the waiting room because probably they couldn’t do it by phone and the schedules were not open for 3 weeks later for some doctors. And poor nurse, she doesn’t have any help from the doctors to find the right swab…I like my doctor but can’t stand the service around that. You feel unimportant and annoying.

We see Dr Byrne for my daughter's allergies and he is great. What's not so great is the staff. They check the voicemail messages every 2 days, which is understandable. But then they don't really get back to you. I have to leave several messages over and over again for the same thing and no call back. We are just waiting for the electronic copy of instructions for managing my daughter's allergy. First they have a typo with the email address. That's again, understandable. Second, they corrected the email and sent a portion of the information needed. We saw the MD almost 3 weeks ago and still no information was sent out. Just time consuming and frustrating to call over and over again. It's pandemic, and everything slows down, I get that. I'm just hoping they will handle and address concerns with promptness and urgency.
