Requisition form was uploaded by my healthcare practitioner. I was told it was never received a few minutes before my name was called despite having received a confirmation e-mail from dynacare earlier in the week. Really inconvenient and something that should be looked into if you're offering it as an option.

The staff are friendly for the most part but what good is a phone if it's never going to get answered? I've called multiple times on several different days and all I get is a big fat nothing. I've literally been in waiting my turn and witnessed the phone just ring and ring without anyone caring to answer it.

Don't even bother coming to this location! Looks like you have to pay for parking so I had to find a parking lot nearby and walk, which would have been fine until I noticed a note on the door saying it was closed - everyone had to go to 150 Montreal road or something. You'd think that would be the kind of information that should be on Google maps so people don't waste time coming to this location. Not everyone checks the website. It should be marked as closed on Google too! Very infuriating!

My best experience of my blood collecting. I’m very nervous and afraid of seeing blood and needles. Chantal is so good. No pain at all. I almost didn’t feel the needle. It was so smooth. And no pain at all when Chantal took the needle out. Thank you!

Professional staff, organized and clean location. Hand sanitizer dispensers are in the right locations. Parking is a bit expensive but there are plenty of parking spots in the proximity within less than 6 min. Unfortunately it is closed bc until further notice!

Aggressive attention at front desk. I followed the instructions given by my virtual appointment with the doctor: I uploaded the requisition forms online to dynacare, I checked-in online to this dynacare and headed to my appointment to be there 10 minutes before, as per information on the website. After I respectfully waited in line, greeted and indicated that I checked-in online while I handed my health card, I was asked "where is your paper?". I naturally asked what paper? And the person grabbed a blank paper and said your paper, your paper! Seeing my confusion (yes I know what a paper is), grabbed a requisition form and said this paper!, the doctors paper! .. so, being stunned by suddenly being yelled at, I mentioned that I did not have a printed version, that I received it from my doctor digitally and that I had it on my phone, to what the answer was: can I take your phone and send it to the doctor? I can't do that can I? I need your paper printed to send it! At this moment I recovered from my shock and understood (this all happened in under 10 seconds): this person is asking for my requisition form and I already uploaded it online as per website instructions. After I mentioned this, the service improved ("oh you uploaded it already")... So yes, after mentioning I checked-in online I was never asked if I had uploaded my requisition forms already OR didn't even bothered to check their database with my health card which I had already handed to them. Instead, I was immediately yelled at, was asked for a "paper" and then treated as if I was stupid and did not know what a paper is (yes, thank you for pointing at a blank paper). I was never asked about a "requisition form" (yes that's the name and you can either print it or upload it). So apparently they don't know their processes as stated in the website, and if you are proactive to upload the documents online from home, you'll get yelled at... inmediately... awful service. I know staff is stressed, but this is beyond that... just ask or check your database. And ask properly, not just for a generic "paper".

I called to ask some questions in regards to some tests I needed to take. The person on the other end of the phone was incredibly rude and when I told her there was no need to be rude she hung up on me. If you can't deal with people, don't work in a customer facing role. I am sorry if you are having a bad day, but there's no need to take it out on a person calling to ask questions. I will never use this location for any testing ever again.

Been here a few times and had nothing but friendly faces and quick service. Check in online first! Really appreciate the friendly staff to put my mind at ease. They'll be closed until Jan 17th 2022 for whatever reason, but this is my go-to. Their online results is also super useful, and only $10/yr, love the open patient communication.
