K	Karen Duval on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first impression wasn’t great as the receptionist was quite surly and quite literally had a mouth filled with rotten brown teeth. As I was unsure how I felt about even using this service, it immediately put me on edge and worried about a lack of professionalism. I decided to stick it out anyway. I’m glad I did. Everything after leaving the waiting room was great. The nurse, Kaitlin, was professional and quite friendly. Seeing a doctor via video chat was weird at first but no big deal. The counsellor, Brad was very outgoing and did a great job answering my questions and putting me at ease. He was extremely well informed and sympathetic to my concerns about the situation. All in all, I’m glad I stayed. I was the last patient of the day and as I was leaving the rude receptionist was already wearing her coat- obviously ready to shut the door behind me and go home. Had she not been my first and last impression, the experience would’ve been perfect. I still rated my experience a 5 star but that’s entirely due to the nurse Kaitlin and the wonderful counsellor, Brad. Thanks.

From customer service, to reception, the doctors, and the consultants that help you choose what product is best for you, and what licensed provider would be the best fit. Everyone is always helpful, and knowledgable. If you're new to medical marijuana, or dissatisfied with your current clinic, I highly recommend Canadian Cannabis Clinics.
l	lisa vallati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been suffering with chronic pain since my surgery in 2015. I was on naproxen and morphine for years and it started to really do a number on my insides.. Decided to try CBD oil and it is managing the pain just as well as the hard narcotics. I know I will never be pain free but the CBD oil is just as good and a lot easier on the stomach. I won't be going back to those hard prescriptions. The doctor and the employees I have dealt with have been amazing.. Highly recommend trying it. Thanks for all your guidance and advice.

As always, the staff are very welcoming, pleasant, and accommodating. I've never had an issue with any wait times. My Councillor is awesome. Extremely down to earth and makes me feel at home. Answers all questions and really works with me for my individualized health care plan. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and will make every attempt to support you with all of your needs. Staff are available by email whenever you need them. Unlike some other reviewers, I don't have an issue with providing a urine sample or answering any question that is asked relating to my illness.

I live in the Laurentians and travelling to Ottawa for my appointments is well worth the service I receive. My CBD prescription has replaced all my other meds for chronic pain. My life is a lot better with a medication that has no side effects. Thanks for having such a great clinic.
M	Monique Picard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the Clinic in Ottawa for the first time in December 2019. The services were exceptional, very professional and very good advice from the counsellor. I have been taking medical cannabis since for osteo-arthritis and it has been like a miracle for me. I still have pain sometimes, but not like before. I was getting cortisone shots prior to December 2019 which I started in 2013 and it did not relieve my pain. Sometimes I would come out of the doctor's office still in pain and the following days no change. I heard from my sister-in-law of a lady who was prescribed cannabis for her back pain and I spoke to my family doctor about it. He then transferred my info. to the clinic in Ottawa. The phone appointments due to the COVID-19 are very good and they give me my next year's appointment right away. As I live on the Quebec side, they send me by e-mail the proper form to send to the RAMQ which is signed by the doctor with whom I spoke on the telephone. Very good follow-up and the young girl who called me to ensure that everything was OK spoke to me in French (my first language) and was very nice. Only good words about the Canadian Cannabis Clinic. Their treatment plan and guidance have brought me much needed relief. They are always very professional, knowledgeable and caring!

They were professional and friendly. I left feeling that I was in good hands for my pain management. I particularly appreciated meeting with Brad. He was easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable, encouraging, and reassuring which was comforting. He took his time to go over everything and explain the process and made helpful suggestions. He made it clear that I could reach out to him anytime, and I ended up having to email him the same night we met with a couple of questions and had a very fast turn-around response time the following morning. So far I am very pleased with the service I received and appreciative of the staff, especially Brad!
