A	Amanda Smart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinic itself is nice and staff friendly in my opinion. However, terrible experience with recent doctor there, incredibly disrespectful. If Clinic Medigo would like feedback, don't hesitate to reach out. I would hate for you to continue to get poor reviews because of this kind of behaviour.
O	Oli H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost impossible to get an appointement or a follow-up appointement. The calling center is excruciating long and slow and the message is rediculous painful to listen to. Expect to wait 30-45 minutes to get a hold of someone. Having been to the clinic, I do not know what the secretaries are doing all day, but they are certainlly not answering calls and most probably short staffed. Quebec health system is doomed. Impossible to get service anywhere, esapcially in Outaouais
M	Mr Jee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent clinic 5 stars definitively, All the other ppl who give 1 to 3 stars are just people who cannot figure something and they are mad because of their own mistakes all the doctors and secretary does the best they can to accomodate some ppl like them, not pleasent at all, most of the people underrated it... if your not happy with this clinic then go somewhere else, PLAIN&SIMPLE. 5 STARS! THANKS FOR THE GOOD WORK, If you cant figure out on how to get an appointment then its maybe you the problem not them. Everywhere its written do not call and yet ppl still try to call, read things properly before accusing the clinic. I could go on for an hour. Double check or even triple check your stuff before complaining!!!
Z	Zyad Tariq Rasheed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst medical walk-in Clinic I've ever seen in my life. The appointment booking is close to impossible. The phones never answer. And the staff is never cooperative. As if someone trained them to be nasty. I have been trying to book an appointment for 10 days but wasn't successful. I had to pay $75.00 in Ottawa to get medical attention.
M	Marc Lacourciere on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My review is not about the quality of service that my doctor gives me there, but about the incredible difficulty or using the online and telephone system to reach anyone. Online, the system gives errors after errors. Some of the webpages are not even present. The links dont work. By phone, I just spent 45 minutes on automated hold (following the requested sequence). Then another 15 minutes to finally reach a human being... only to be placed on hold, asked to try the failing procedure again. I asked for help, was replaced on hold, then the connection cut off. So, the administration system does NOT work even if I try all the correct contacts. This needs to be fixed. My call was important but not yet an emergency. Even so I get the feeling that it would need to be an emergency or I'd have to go in person for any service.
D	Devon Bionda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had an appointment booked for 3 weeks and it took until my wife is in the bed ready for the ultrasound, did they tell us that they are missing paperwork from the doctor. When we called the doctor to have the paperwork faxed over they had already dismissed us and told us to leave. Staff was bitter, unprofessional, unhelpful, dismissive and just plain rude. I've never seen such incompetence come from and entire office. All we did was show up to our appointment and left with no progress because of their unwillingness to be helpful or prepared for their job.
F	Fish Lips on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience today. Friendly people. GREAT DOCTOR, GREAT. He was amazing. The online/phone booking is a total FAIL. Zero stars. But the clinic was perfect today. Thank you. I've changed my review from 1 star to 5 star because they deserve a five star today. We will see next time how it goes.
F	Fateme Bostani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was happy when I first succeeded to get an appointment in this clinic (I don't have a family doctor). The clinic was clean, calm and I was soon visited by the doctor. The doctor prescribed me so many tests including urine and blood test which I did the next day. (I was pregnant and needed the results as soon as possible of course). After about one month they had not sent me any results despite me calling 3_4 times to follow up. They said they have not received them or not completed. Or if the doctor has not contacted you, it means everything is OK! Suddenly, someone called me and said that the doctor has prescribed me antibiotics because I have bacteria. I was shocked because I was not informed by the doctor and I couldn't understand the reason. However I managed to download the prescription and the date on it was for 25 days earlier!!!! It means 3 days after I did my tests. And they failed to inform me of this infection and the doctor's prescription! Unbelievable! It could have threatened the health of my baby! I'm really sorry for this clinic. I lost all my trust.
