Il est revenu (une journée de congé) pour l'installer correctement, car on ne savait trop comment le faire exactement à l'hôpital. Toute une différence maintenant! Merci pour votre disponibilité, votre professionalisme et votre excellent service.
The specialist from Équilibre in Gatineau agreed to come home to bring me an orthosis. He came back (a day off) to set it up properly, as it was not clear how exactly to do it in the hospital. Quite a difference now! Thank you for your availability, your professionalism and your excellent service.
