L	Low Radar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the pleasure of being treated by Jumana Earlier this year. I was experiencing pain in my right Foot for sometime and I decided to get it checked. She is very knowledgeable and identified to issue right away. The treatment was very effective and I have only seen her once for a check up. Highly reccomend as your first choice if you are looking for someone who is reliable.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. She was professional, knowledgeable and regularly checked in on progress, adjusting her treatment as my situation changed. She also took the time to clearly and thoroughly explain various options, providing pros and cons for each, and ensured that my comfort level was the main factor in determining how we proceeded. She also coordinated care with a massage therapy colleague which supplemented the treatment. Finally, her “bedside manner” was very strong, sharing stories and chatting about all sorts of subjects, complemented by a great sense of humour while I was under her care. Thanks to the Curavita Byward Team, and particularly Jumana, for a great experience during a time where my physical pain was quite limiting.

She is very knowledgable, the most kind, and is great at her job. She has been absolutely thorough in every evaluation, explained every question I had in detail and care and after about 12 or more sessions/adjustments my pain has never been better. I can move at my full potential and learned new/ helpful exercises to keep progressing. After every session, I feel incredible and can't wait to go back. The girls at reception are pleasant every time and make the scheduling / coordination seamless. Can't thank this whole team enough!

Over time I was told id learn to live with the chronic pain in my back after seeing many back specialists. I was getting RMT massage because I had been told it was a muscle issue. I was encouraged by my masseuse to try the consultation with Dr. Hamid and go from there.She gave me a thorough examination and after several treatments and doing the home exercises. The initial assessment included a scan and x rays that immediately showed all my issues. Dr Hamid walked my through everything in terms I could understand and recommended a course of treatment. I have seen such an improvement in my back. I haven't that constant pain all the time. It's amazing. I would definietly recommend!

First, the staff ensured they kept me informed of what to expect every step of the way, through the initial assessment (also helps to ask questions!) Next, Dr Hamid was thorough with her questions about my history - looking at things from holistically, was very specific with instructions and explanations through my assessment, took the time out to patiently answer all my questions, diagnosis, treatment plan and now, maintenance. The staff and Dr Hamid made sure I had all the information i needed to make a decision about my care, and have been tremendously supportive.

I was anxious about going to a chiropractor but Dr. Hamid was so personable and explained in detail what I could expect. I now have so much less back pain than when I started working with her. My quality of life has improved so much. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is suffering from back or neck pain.
B	Bilan Acosta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally nice staff. In the future, please let your clients know that the insurance doesn't cover when paying a bill in full for future appointments. I had never used my insurance before. This was my first time and the young secretary (with the short haircut) didn't tell me that until I got home and called the office. I can look past the fact that she also didn't take the time to properly check how many appointments I had left. She counted way too fast and ended up miscounting. I had to have Nicole correct the mistake another day. However, Nicole was great! She was always very attentive, looked at my file and answered my questions carefully. I really felt like she genuinely cared. Dr. Michelle has been a pleasure to work with. This has been a very difficult journey to recovery for me and I appreciate all her help. I'm happy to at least have great news on my progress after a long 3 months.
