Patrick responded immediately and was extremely accommodating in my request to have the inscription on the monument done before the interment. The work was very well done and I would not hesitate to recommend him. The communication was done via texts, emails and phone calls. He made sure all was in order and to our satisfaction before doing the job. Once done a certificat was sent to us including the stone description, recommended maintenance and value of the monument. In the package it included a picture of the work done on the monument. I would highly recommend Patrick for his craftsmanship and for the service he provided.

He was able to incorporate all of our ideas & wishes for our Mother's headstone, and suggest some very good enhancements/design ideas. They met timelines for construction, and were very proactive in managing the delays for installation due to Covid restrictions. We were always kept up to date, with photos of the proof and the finished monument. Pricing was very reasonable and the quality was outstanding. Very responsive to any inquiries along the way. Professional work all around. The stone looked even better than we expected.

Patrick O’Shaughnessy was very helpful in designing such a stone. He was so helpful and patient with changes made, always pleasant, always available to answer questions and calls were returned in a timely manner. Patrick was also kind and showed a sensitivity in this difficult time. Patrick made sure that the monument was installed before the burial as requested and was there early the day of the burial to make sure that the stone was clean and everything in order. I will definitely recommend Laurin Monuments as I am absolutely satisfied with the monument they created and the service I received

She was burried Oct 19, 2021. Stone was up and ready but why has it taken me this long to wright a reveiw????? 'll tell you why, I had no words. I've played in my mind what I was going to say but it wasnt good enuff. Im hilarious and amazing at writing reviews buttt I had nothing, zero not a word to discribe how happy I was with the product not to mention Foundation install, communication, expert advice, amazing experience considering I was looking for a permanent home for my number one fan. I told Patrick, the person I delt with a story about how my mom would order single light bulbs she didnt need just because the UPS guy had long hair and was 20 years her senior. He loved her as did many. I was devastated when she died but all I could do was get her the best I could with what I had and I feel like Ottawa Monuments has done that for me. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much for taking the time with me. Everyyyyone loved the stone. Anyone need light bulds? let me know. I have hundreds.

He helped us determine the best monument for my parents’ grave and did so very effectively and efficiently. As hard as it is to pick a stone, engraving and anything else associated with death, Patrick at Laurin Monuments was kind, caring and so generous with his time. He made sure the family understood what we could expect. The work was done beautifully just as we wanted and Patrick also told us all the pros and cons of what we were asking for. Effective and exceptional work and throw in the kindness, caring and compassionate care we received made it all a much tolerable situation. Can not thank you enough.
