At the beginning of every visit she asks me how I'm feeling and what areas we want to focus on. She willaadjust techniques based on what you need, and really listens to what you're saying. Now during covid times, the clinic has reopened and their safety protocols are incredible. You are given hand sanitizer opon entry and exit. Your therapist wears a mask, face shield, and fresh tunic for the visit. While face down you wear a mask, and face up you also get a sanitized face shield. Payment is done via cards, and contactless if possible. I feel incredibly safe continuing with my appointments.

Booking and billing are both done efficiently and unobtrusively online. You just have to show up at their renovated and rigorously sanitized space in a beautiful heritage building and often be the only one there alone with the massage therapist (max two massage therapists at a time). The quarters are airy and each inch, down to the slippers, is cleaned after every client for up to 30 mins. Now that it’s colder, they even warm up the massage table ahead of time and offer a visor in addition to the masks the therapist and the client wear at all times so they could still work on your shoulders.

The reception area is tastefully done, the therapy rooms are blissful and the overall atmosphere is definitely one of my top three happy places.

Massage therapist was very nice and actually said at the beginning that she wasn't going to talk to me unless she needed to ask a question. I could talk with her if I chose to. This was AMAZING because I love relaxing during massages and not having conversations, and I find most Massage therapists constantly talk and I can't ever fully relax. So I appreciated that 1000%.
