Cela va faire 3 fois que je demande que ma prescription pour mes examens de contrôle sanguin annuel soit laissé à la réception pour moi...rien se fait bien non ils sont débordés mais faudrait prendre un rv juste pour ça, oui prendre la place de quelqu'un qui est malade...ça peut bien nous coûter cher notre système de santé...l'abus de la carte santé!!! Espérant recevoir un appel pour me dire que ma prescription est prête??? It's hell I waited 1 hour to talk to the RECEPTION, and I was hooked on the nose. It will be 3 times that I ask that my prescription for my annual blood tests be left at the reception for me ... nothing is done well no they are overwhelmed but should take a rv just for that, yes take the place of someone who is sick ... it may well cost us our health system ... the abuse of the health card! Hoping to receive a call to tell me that my prescription is ready ???
S	Steve Boudreault on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medecin indisponible , service de réservation de rdv enligne qui sert absoulument rien ( on passe les appel avant les réservation enligne) , car faut appeller pour rdz-vous en vous fesant dire chaque fois que le médecin désiré est indisponible et rappeler la semaine prochaine , serice nul et inutile . Payé vos services ya pas d'attente et c'est remboursable Doctor unavailable, online appointment reservation service that serves absolutely nothing (we make calls before online reservations), because you have to call for an appointment being told each time the desired doctor is unavailable and call back next week, serice null and useless. Paid for your services there is no waiting and it is refundable
C	Cassandra Cousineau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'avais un rendez-vous téléphonique et puis ils m'ont appelé plus tôt dans la journée demander ma carte d'assurance maladie mais ne mont jamais rappelé pour mon rendez-vous et puis quand j'ai voulu appeler 30 minutes après l'heure prévue du rendez-vous la clinique étais fermer et puis ils ont inscrit en ligne comme quoi j'aurais été présent lors de mon rendez-vous! Mauvais service et s'en fou de leurs patients . Aucune façon de pouvoir aviser de leur oubli en plus ! I had a phone appointment and then they called me earlier in the day to ask for my health insurance card but never got called back for my appointment and then when I wanted to call 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time the clinic was closed and then they registered online that I would have been present for my appointment! Bad service and couldn't care less about their patients. No way to be able to advise of their oversight in addition!

On nous de réessayer la semaine suivante mais le résultat est le même. La seule façon de voir son médecin est de faire une réservation en clinique d’urgence même si ce n’est pas une urgence. Complètement ridicule. Doctors have little availability. The online appointment booking service is absolutely useless because all requests are refused. We are told to try again the following week but the result is the same. The only way to see your doctor is to make an emergency clinic reservation, even if it's not an emergency. Completely ridiculous.

B	Br Ma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred here by the emergency dept at the Hull hospital for shortness of breath but Dr Cazeaux refused outright to see me today because I was unfortunately 20 minutes late. Life happened and I was delayed... I have, as many of us have, been late on a small number of occasions with other doctors before, who always tried to accommodate. I was just shocked at how , at this place, I was treated robotically by the doctor and icily by the receptionist. After all, due to the healthcare shortages, you are just a number, not a human being.
