I was looking for a crawl space vapor barrier and as he did not have what I was looking for he remembered a supplier he felt with a few years back. He got my info and said he would call me back. Did I mention this was all done over the phone... He called me back within an hour and I had my answer. They did not have the product either but just ja ing Gabriel make that phone call to me ks going above and beyond in customer service. 5 stars

Tools, fasteners, building materials, mouldings, windows, doors, lumber. A great store. My only complaint is a $95 delivery charge, (a truck and a driver do add up quickly though). I will surely return. As of August 2021, I am dropping my rating from 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ to 3 ⭐⭐⭐ It's all true what I said about store itself, but the problems begin in the yard. In short, those in the yard, don't know their stock, or where to find it. Too often I find myself with some one in the yard who gives me the wrong product or can find what the inside vendor tells me they have in stock. There is a disconnect between inside and outside. Major hassle for me. I'm gonna look for a different materials store. Use this one Less often.

I purchased for close to 3000$ in deck supplies (where I had next to no service) and I wanted to return for about 90$ of extra unused unopened Rampe connectors and they refused because it was over 90days ago. Thanks for nothing. I'll go back to HomeDepot and Rona and they care about returning customers and at least will give me store credit on over due materials.

D	Daniel Manor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is quite interesting this is the first place that I have been told that I MUST use my entire gift certificate or I would lose it… so basically if you purchase a 500$ gift certificate and only need to use 243.76$ you lose the rest… How dare a company tell me I have to use the entire gift certificate? So basically I should buy 5$ gift certificates 100 times so I can use it the way I want ???? They have no policy on this that I can find so is this them just being petty? A company as big as yours should rethink how this certificate scam works I’m not impressed. Let me purchase what I want when I want for the amount I want to spend… Hopefully someone from Pilon reads this and says hummmm this guy makes sense let’s adapt this right away
