I cannot say enough about the installer Adrien Boisvert and his helper Max. Very pleasant and knowledgeable about all aspects of the installation process. They were faced with unexpected issues but resolved all with grace and so much skill. I am amazed what Adrien was able to do with the moldings . The finished product looks amazing and I am grateful that all I need to do is minimal paint touchups.
Two very skilled young men who made my day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently had six windows, and my front door replaced. Currently the wait times for windows, is quite long, but I was informed about that, at the beginning. I went with Fenex, primarily because my parents had used them to replace all the windows in their house a number of years ago, and my father (who can be very particular in getting quality for his money) was very happy with the end product, and impressed with their customer service. My sales agent was Daniel Amyot, and he was very patient. He spent a lot of time, and seemed to appreciate that this was a huge purchase, and that I wanted to get it right. The windows and door were installed this week, and I am beyond happy. The door is everything that I was promised it would be. The men installing the items over two days were Adrien and Gabriel and they were exceptional. Polite, personable, and were helpful answering any question I might have. They also cleaned up after the job was over. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone. This was a major upgrade to our house. Fenex are not necessarily the cheapest on the market, but they are worth every penny. I cant even begin to describe how pleased I am with the product. Our neighbours love the facelift as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Back in November we worked with James to select the right (very different) front entry system, custom colour and locks etc. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He warned us that we were looking at an April delivery. We had comparison shopped and are certain we got a great price as well.
Today Adrien and Maxum did an outstanding job of installing the unit - Patient, friendly, asked and answered questions and at all times kept us in the loop as to progress and adjustments we might want. Overall a great experience.
