★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small store but it was the only location in the region that had what I was looking for. Customer service is pretty average. Would go again if this was closer to me than the bigger store, and only if I needed the essentials, as their selection is limited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a dishwasher and installation service. They promised same day or few days to install. Now they say they will install it more than two weeks after purchase.
Don't bother buy from Costco and get someone else install it. It would be much cheaper and much faster.
This is on their website!
"For small projects, the work is usually done within a few days following the purchase. In the 24 hours following your purchase, our call centre will contact you. Following that, an installer will call to book an appointment with you."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice drive-through lumber yard... Everything is easy to access: the wood was well organized and the driving aisles were nice and wide. I didn't go inside the store, so I cannot comment on the main part of the store. The outside staff were friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I place an order on April28,2021 for "Patio+" Paving Slab Art.#66635012 (000392673) plus delivery. Nobody did contact to schedule a delivery but did it without letting us know. Unfortunately we did not receive the stones we ordered, but another one based on your website under the #8936500 (000396841).
I was trying to get help from the customer service but did not go far, lady on the phone was first telling me that is what I ordered, than I received what I ordered what is not true at all.
It is clear from the attached pictures what I did order and what was sent.
Would appreciate this mistake be corrected on your side without need to go further and experience more stress.
If possible to give none star that would be my choice.

Wanted to give an update on the issue whit my order. After spending all afternoon on the phone and sending a few e-mail of complaint seeking for the help finally got promise from RONA, Aylmer to exchange the patio stones and deliver one we ordered. They went even further saying they were sending a gift card $50 worth by mail (all in written form). Well, the right stones were delivered on the day they promised but nobody arranged a time even though I asked and 16 days after did not get that gift card I was promised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful staff, especially the paint department where I've gotten good advice. This location has a smaller selection than the big Rona stores, but I've always found essential things for plumbing and painting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give a zero if I could to be sworn at and yelled at in the store is simply unbelievable. I went there to pick up some paint. There is a bell that you ring for service. I rang it gently the first time and waited. About 5 or 6 minutes I rang it again. I was not in the least impatient I could see they were busy. I was standing there when one of the guys from outside walked by. He had seen me come in. He told me to ring it and I responded that I already had. He said ring it and hit it several times because they may not hear you. I did what he told me to. Another young male worker was walking by and went ballistic. He swore at me in French and was yelling as he was trying to grab the bell. I told him to stop so I could explain but he just continued yelling. It will be a long time before I ever frequent that store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a good experience shopping at this smaller local branch of Rona. Some might argue that choice is limited, however, it has a nice ma and pa shop feel and it has a bit of everything. I don’t need 40 choices for a light fixture, I just need a place where I can buy paint, mulch, screws or a hook for the toilet without needing to go to a big box store. Client service is always friendly and courteous.
