 I called on the Legris Group team on a few occasions - landscaping and construction. I had quick feedback and regular follow-ups from the team. The work was superbly done with great attention to the finishing details. The team demonstrated know-how beyond the standard and the customer service team was available quickly for questions and follow-ups. I recommend with confidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have to be the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Everything about how they manager their apartments is a complete mess and unprofessional. I do not recommend anyone renting from this company. It took me 7 months to get my storage that I have been paying for. the master bedroom never had a net in which until now im still asking for it. the all the amenities and old and crappy. Fridge doesn't work, kitchens are tiny. When you call and ask to get something fixed or repaired it takes a very long time and when you ask why hasn't it been fixed they become aggressive and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people have no idea how to be a landlord. We have a major hole in our roof for the last 2!!! years, which keeps leaking and they do nothing to have it properly repaired. They keep telling us they do everything they can, but when we contact them, they don't even seem to know what's going on in their own apartments as far as necessary repairs go and nothing happens. Every time it rains, we have a giant bin in our kitchen to catch the water from the roof. Also initially we were told it is a very quiet neighbourhood. This turned out to be a complete lie as the neighbours across the street are the loudest drunks you will ever come across and if you ask them to turn down the music they will threaten you and slice your tires. Not so great. And after contacting the landlord what happens?? Obviously nothing... Do not ever do business with these horrible slumlords.
