★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il serait bien de libérer la ligne si les patients veulent vous rejoindre (pour Dr Péloquin) . J'ai appelé à plusieurs reprises pendant 3 semaines consécutives me faisant attendre plus de 40 minutes à chaque fois sur la ligne pour finir par me décourager et raccrocher . Un minimum de respect pour vos patients serait grandement apprécié .
 It would be good to free the line if patients want to join you (for Dr Péloquin). I repeatedly called for 3 consecutive weeks making me wait over 40 minutes each time on the line only to get discouraged and hang up. A minimum of respect for your patients would be greatly appreciated.
