★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis satisfaite le dr st jean prend bien en charge ma santé contrairement même a mon medecin de famille qui ne fait pas tout cela. Le personnel a l'accueil est toujours super polie les secretaires sont vraiment fines merci beaucoup de prendre soin se ma santé
 I am satisfied the dr. St jean takes good charge of my health unlike even my family doctor who does not do all this. The reception staff are always super polite the secretaries are really fine thank you very much for taking care of my health

Je ne croyais pas encore possible de me répondre que vous n'aviez pas un système électronique pour pendre des rendez vous ou pour le suivit de mon dossier de mes prise de sang. Il faut payer argent comptant, what (en pleine pandémie)?? Il n'y a pas de suivit sur le répondeur comme vous le dites sur la boîte vocale, mais il n'y pas de ligne d'attente, ca fait une heure ?? Je dois avouer que le personnel est professionnel et compétent surtout avec cette surcharge de travail qui pourrait être ajuster. On n'est pas au plein fond des bois !

I still did not believe it possible to answer me that you did not have an electronic system to make appointments or to follow up my file of my blood tests. You have to pay cash, what (in the midst of a pandemic) ?? There is no follow-up on the answering machine as you say on the voicemail box, but there is no waiting line, has it been an hour ?? I must admit that the staff are professional and competent, especially with this overload of work which could be adjusted. We are not deep in the woods!
