J'ai attendu 2 jours qu'un bouton vire au vert pour cliquer dessus puis me faire dire que comme je n'ai pas de médecin de famille ici, je ne peux pas prendre un rendez-vous pour une consultation «sans rendez-vous». Un non-sens illogique et du gros foutage de gueule. Passez votre chemin. Making appointments for "no appointment" is done online through their website. If you're interested in playing bingo with your health, go for it. I waited 2 days for a button to turn green to click on it and then say that since I do not have a family doctor here, I can not make an appointment for a consultation "without appointment ". Illogical nonsense and big mouthing. Go your way.

C est un stress a chaque fois que mes enfants sont malades et ont besoin d un rendez-vous. Dommage car le médecin est très bien mais le système du piton vert sérieusement je me sens comme a la loterie. Et il s agit de la santé de mes enfants. J envisage changer d endroit. My children are registered at this clinic and only once in 2 I manage to have an appointment with the walk-in system on their website. It is stressful every time my kids are sick and need a date. Too bad because the doctor is very good but the system of the piton vert seriously I feel like in the lottery. And it is about the health of my children. I am considering moving to another location.

Le personnel soignant très attentionné et les gens à la réception/administration sont également adorables! Je ne changerais cette équipe pour rien au monde! Merci pour votre soutien constant et votre dévouement dans votre travail. Bravo! Excellent medical clinic, attentive family doctor, who gets to the bottom of things and who focuses on the needs of his patients. Le deux problèmes majeurs avec cette clinique : difficulté à prendre rendez vous (avec son médecin de famille ou en sans rendez-vous) et le manque de flexibilité pour des demandes autres (RV important, demande de parler au médecin, demande de déplacement pour un billet médical, etc.). The administrative and medical staff are very knowledgeable and professional. The two major problems with this clinic: difficulty making an appointment (with your family doctor or without an appointment) and the lack of flexibility for other requests (important appointment, request to speak to the doctor, request to travel for a medical note, etc.).

Tu leurs poses une question, tu as l'impression de les déranger. Si tu veux un bon service médicale, allez la-bas... mais attendez vous que les réceptionnistes vous parlent comme une gomme en dessous de leurs souliers! J'ai raccroché au nez, car elle avait un attitude de *** ! I recommend SIMPLY for doctors and nurses! The receptionists... look stupid and talk to you in a stupid tone! You ask them a question, you feel like you're bothering them. If you want good medical service, go there... but expect the receptionists to talk to you like rubbish under their shoes! I hung up on her, because she had an attitude of ***!
