Depuis le mois d'août je ne peux accéder au portail car j'ai dû changer d'adresse courriel, j'ai eu mon code d'accès, mais rien ne fonctionne. Je suis allé en personne à la clinique et la secrétaire n'a pu m'aider. Elle me dit que c'est possiblement un problème technique et devait le référer au service technique et depuis le mois d'août je n'ai eu aucun suivi, même après avoir téléphoné et m'être rendu sur place. Unresolved problem with the medfarsolutions portal. Since August I have not been able to access the portal because I had to change my email address, I had my access code, but nothing is working. I went to the clinic in person and the secretary could not help me. She told me that it is possibly a technical problem and had to refer it to the technical service and since August I have had no follow-up, even after calling and going there.

Ici, rdv donné le jour même! Infirmière Praticienne charmante et compétente. De plus, on nous a proposé directement un médecin de famille, nous qui sommes sur une liste d'attente depuis plus de 17 mois! Inespéré et magique It had been more than 7 days that we phoned every morning at 7 am in another clinic which never had an appointment for "orphan" patients. Here, appointment given the same day! Charming and competent nurse practitioner. In addition, we were directly offered a family doctor, we who have been on a waiting list for over 17 months! Unexpected and magical
E	Evelyne César on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Denis Archambault traite les gens comme des animaux, je me demande bien pourquoi, il fait ce gens de métier? c'est quoi son intérêt? Déconseiller grandement. Par contre la secrétaire professionnelle ! Dr. Denis Archambault treats people like animals, I wonder why, he does this tradesman? what is his interest? Greatly advise against. On the other hand the professional secretary!

It's very sad to have a clinic close to your home and not be able to see a doctor since there is no one who speak English in this clinic as per the receptionist.

Archambault not professional at all.... 10 days later and I still have no treatment because they were waiting for the results of my exams.. and I was nice enough to believe that this was the truth. Horrible place. Now I have to go consult somewhere else (as told by the receptionist).. they are evil people that do not care.. save your life and go somewhere else!

There is However a receptionist whom always talking to her boyfriend on the phone and when she works she does not want to serve customers. She sends all the calls for online service ,even those who has doctors. What make matters worst, the clinic is always empty. This is because the customers can't speak to their doctors. Especially older people who can't use this technology. If you are a Doc and wonder why your patients don't call it is because of your receptionist and phone system. Work on something friendlier. If this clinic is still empty close it because this mean that you don't care. St. Francois does not need this.
