It was more important for him to have a conversation with another employee about personal stuff and swearing a lot than asking us if we needed help with the menu. He was talking about changing jobs, maybe he should find a job that he doesn't serve the clients. The meal that I ordered was very good but could of used a bit more shrimps. Also we found the floors very dirty.

Now this would be fine if it was top notch quality, it was decent at best, the chicken was extremely flat and dry and the fresh rolls were TINY for the price. Pho tasted fine though
E	Eric Niquette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place! We picked up an order of beef pho, grilled chicken hu tieu, and some pork spring rolls. Everything was fantastic and the staff friendly and welcoming. Price was pretty average. The rolls were a little expensive but we'll definitely be back soon!

Today, my wife, my two kids and I arrived to an empty restaurant. We were actually the only customers with another person. We ordered some pho, nothing fancy. We started waiting... and waited... 30 minutes... 45 minutes... 1 hour. We saw lots of delivery drivers come and pick up orders, but ours never came. So we just left before we got any food. Had the restaurant been busy, I would've understood the waiting times. But it was EMPTY and they simply decided to serve delivery orders before ours. I perceived this as a huge lack of respect and I'm not sure I will come eat here again.

The house special is flavorless as well as a few other dishes I've tried. I've had to re cook some dishes, adding hot sauce or soy. The fresh spring rolls are good, not hard to mess that one up. We regularly order $70-$100 dollar orders every week or two. As of yesterday, will not be eating from there again First, I asked for no egg in the pad Thai. They missed the memo, no biggie, they offered to make a new one. Fine. But after a few bites of the vegetarian pad Thai, I noticed a thinly sliced large piece of beef. I get it, kitchens are busy mistakes happen. But I thought this restaurant was more cautious with their food preparation. Apparently not.
