Went here to switch out my old phone for a new one at the Innes Road location yesterday. Prath B was our customer representative. He was extremely knowledgable, organized and patient answering all of our inquiries. He helped out with choosing the phone, plan and a new carrier that was optimal for us. If you go to this location ask for Prath! He’s the man to see!

Steph and Prath were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and patient, answered all my questions and I ended up getting my new phone with a bunch of accessories for pretty much the same monthly amount I was paying before walking in! Highly recommend them

I had the pleasure of being helped by Prath, who was great! I ended up walking out of there with a better phone plan, no money down, and a ton of PC points. He knew what I was looking for, presented me with multiple options in response to that and was fantastic at building the perfect plan for me. I recommend anyone stop by if they are even considering a new phone or phone plan. You won't regret it!

I went to the Mobile Shop in the Superstore in Orleans today to purchase a SIM card in order to transfer my phone to another provider. I tried other shop at Place Orleans mall yesterday and the guy said there's no way to do it. But the Mobile Shop did it for me although I only bought a $10 SIM card. He spent an hour to transfer and activate the account, calling the help desk, testing the phone several times, explained the detail patiently. They are true professionals and extremely helpful. I could feel that they cared about their customers. I highly recommend them if anyone have any needs on Mobile services. Thank you Mobile Shop. You folks made my day!!

Excellent customer service with a painless experience! Steph was very helpful and patient in explaining benefits between plans, and providing suggestions. As well, he was also patient and knowledgeable in explaining what benefits each device had, and got me additional discounts with the service provider. I highly recommend this place!

Last week my husband and I stopped in to The Mobile Shop while shopping at the Super Store on Innes Road in Orleans. A few weeks before I bought an older phone there so I could give my elderly cousin who is 86 years old, so she could have as a backup in cause the power went out in her apartment building. I wanted to change the credit card I had originally gave for the monthly plan but was having problems getting help or doing it myself on line. Pratt was very helpful to me and after him making a few phone calls he went on line and made the changed for me. My husband had an iPhone 8 that he has been using for the last five years. I wanted him to look at maybe getting a newer phone. Pratt was very helpful in talking to us about the different phones, features and explaining different options and plans and showing us different phones. We went home with a lot of information. Over the weekend we did a lot of talking about the different phones. Pratt called us on the Tuesday to tell us about a fantastic offer that just became available for the apple 13. He spent the time again to explain the phone, the cost of the phone, what our new plan would be etc. Needless to say it was a deal we couldn’t pass up and we did buy it. I can go on and on about the wonderful experience we had and how helpful he was in explaining things to us. This salesman went over and beyond in taking care of us…….he took time with us, never made us feel rushed or feel bad for being seniors and not knowing a whole lot about phones or computers. From here on in we will always go to see him before buying another phone elsewhere. We will also make sure to tell our families and friends to go see him when they need new phones. The only negative thing is where they are located in the store. Because of Covid one of the stores entrance doors have been closed and only regular customers would know where they are located in the store. The store has blocked off anyone walking by them. That is really sad as I am sure they must be losing a lot of sales because of where they are situated in the store and also the other door entrance being closed down…. In closing I give this salesman Pratt a 10 plus out of 5……..

I've been here twice: once for my daughter's first phone and the second time to get myself a new phone. During both visits, Prath was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly, personable. He made the experience easy and helped figure out what plan/phones were best for our needs. What's amazing is the amount of PC points that I left with! These will certainly come in handy given the current cost of groceries! I would recommend this shop to anyone!
