★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best in the Palace chain yet! Spacious, clean and bright. I liked how there are different table arrangements to suit the different size groups. Got a mixed platter and it was delicious. I'd recommend this place to anyone who is up for a great tasting shawarma because it's worth the trip to Orleans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ( first time writing bad review but it is not my first time I get bad service and food at this place) I just ordered 4 chicken sandwiches and got a broken sandwiches with Garbage chicken which I don’t even feed for my cat,,, This is not acceptable. Also both Cashiers ( young and old lady) very rude…. Wasted $40 in Garbage!!!!?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys killed it today! I went in during the rush. They had Skip, Uber Eats & Door Dash on the go, along with a lineup out the door!
The portion sizes were GREAT, and reasonable pricing for the quality of food you get. ?? We got a family platter (mixed chicken & beef) for 4 people. It’s more like 5 or 6, but I’m NOT complaining!!! ?❤️
They worked very smoothly together in such a tiny space! (Can’t wait to see their new location up Innes!) They’ve definitely got my business when it comes to Shawarma Night! ✨

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great atmosphere; very bright and welcoming. Large plates with a great amount of servings. Food was delicious. Service was quick, consistent and accomodating. Alot of seating fo large groups and families. Prices are reasonable for what you get. Will go again and suggest it to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family special for 5 people - WOW ! Only $77 and see photos of all included! Flexible options as this restaurant is all about freshness, taste and sublime customer service. Amazing!! We are a group of 6 and there is still so much left over. Highly recommend to all.

***They have free medjool dates on the counter while they prepare your sandwich!! ?
My only negative is the paper used to wrap the sandwich disintegrated too fast so you have to eat fast and watch the bottom so you don’t end up wearing it.
It was one of the best shawarma sandwiches I ever ate!!
