★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star for Tony the pharmacist. He has no common sense on how to treat his patients. I am appalled that they let him work there with the horrible attitude.
Kudos to Adam for handling a bad situation with respect. He was clearly embarrassed by Tony’s snark attitude and comments.
Please consider going somewhere else for your own betterment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go in on March 19th at 3:30 after my surgery for my broken nose and require some medication. Adam is extremely helpful and understands the urgency. He tells me to wait 15 minutes and then to check back in. Tony (the second pharmacist) looks at me and scoffs. When I get the medicine (narcotics) he says to just take them whenever, all while having an extremely bad attitude. I asked him if there’s a time maximum, and he says “oh yeah like 4-6 hours ish”. Why do I have to pry to get information? When they ask for a photo ID, I go to a counter, then realize Tony is talking to someone and wait behind. He rudely yells “wait a minute”. Clearly you’re in the wrong line of work Tony. I’ve had great experience with Sima prior to this. If someone comes in bleeding, it’s probably a good idea to have a good attitude Tony. Thank you Adam for making up for his horrible decency and manners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful customer service, called to fill prescription nobody answers. went in asked if i can get a refill lady at the counter says yes no problem it will be 25 min, I do some shopping come back 45 min later, prescription was not submitted, i know that because i saw the lady at the counter talk to the pharmacist and they filled it on the spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told by the pharm assistant that my prescription would take half an hour. I stayed waiting by the counter as I was extremely and obviously sick. The assistant let me sit there for 45 mins without letting me know it was ready. Just stared at me occasionally. Garbage employee who makes the pharmacy look bad. Back to Blackburn Pharmacy I go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So pleased with the service at this pharmacy. Wish It was closer and and I would change all prescriptions from a very incompetent SDM near me. They have a lot of common sense, and are efficient. You may have to wait for a prescription to be filled but there is a lot to browse at in the superstore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going here for over 5 years now. I don't know why the Superstore Pharmacy has such negative reviews! I love them so much. They are always so kind, respectful, and personable. They prepare all of my family's medications quickly and often with only same day notice.
In my opinion, these people are an A++ team. Keep up the good work!
