★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I switched from Shoppers Pharmacy (Innes and Portobello) because of their chaotic and disorganized management of prescription orders and the resulting delays and mistakes. I am very satisfied with this Metro Pharmacy, which is a very well organized and well run pharmacy, with competent pharmacists and staff, and an overall hassle-free experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been dealing Shopper’s at the Walmart Plaza on Innes Road for 3 years and it’s been nothing but issues. I was using the walk-in clinic inside Metro and when pressed for time, I had my prescription filled at the pharmacy there. I was blown away with not only how fast it was but also how friendly the pharmacist was. He actually smiled and treated me like a human being. He had genuinely appreciated my business and it was a refreshing change. He was happy and filled my prescription with pride while smiling. He never made me feel like an interruption. Never felt this way at my current pharmacy where the staff are all miserable and clearly hate their jobs and the customers they interact with. I will be changing pharmacy based on my experience at the Metro Pharmacy. I highly recommend this pharmacy if you care about how you are treated.
