★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously, I can't say enough good things about ICSS. Angels on earth is a close description. They have changed my daughter's life for the better. She is part of a community, nurtured, cared for, loved, finally included. How can you rate that with only stars? Having a special needs child is not for the faint of heart. IF you are lucky enough to find a program like ICSS, count your lucky STARS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They say non for profit yet I have yet to believe that. Most of there services are gone now as well due to covid I suggest finding a different support service provider. Great 1 on 1 workers if you can get in as there waiting list is long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gilfriend got fired when the pandemic started. With false cause and pretty much wouldnt answer any calls so a complaint was made. The person told her that this compagny often gets in trouble because of they let go their empleyees. I just cant beleive that a management crew can be this unprofessional and clueless on how to run their different locations. Its sad, i know for sure the my family members wo t ever get taken to a place like theirs.
