Quite an interesting tour and walkthrough. Many community resources under one roof. Very caring and knowledge staff and volunteers. Many services are offered and most use a self referral process.

Compassionate, helpful staff and many wonderful programs on offer for a variety of folk & ages. They run a food bank as well as drop-in clinics & offer counselling and workshops, employment fairs & various support groups. On Centrum Blvd but can be accessed from St Joseph Blvd as well. Lots of parking & seating.

Great playgroup for my little ones to interact with other kids. They also offer some great educational programs from their guest speakers and information sessions. I brought my daughter there and now my son.

This place is absolutely amazing. There a ton of programs and services that are offered here, all under one roof. A lot of their services are offered for free, and it's quite amazing. The staff that work there are very nice. There really should be more of these around the city.

The staff are very kind and greet you at the door with smiles. In times of need they will help you with a small amount of groceries.

In all honesty I was disappointed with the service I was provided with during my newborn’s hearing screening. I understand they were taking extra “safety” measures during this time but there are ways to make things easier for a new parent. I walked in with my baby in the stroller when I was asked to leave the stroller at the front, I informed her my car seat was heavy to carry along with my diaper bag. She told me she would help me but never did. I walk in after check-in to stand in a waiting room with no chairs. After I was called inside, I was unable to go in with my newborn so I had to wait at the door again “for safety measures” which made me feel uncomfortable. After my baby started crying I was informed I had to calm him down with nursing which they cannot accommodate during this time and asked me to nurse in my car. I was so frustrated with my appointment, I got back to my car and decided to leave. I did not want to stay an extra minute there until they called me to check up on the progress of the nursing. I was unhappy and couldn’t wait to get out of there ASAP. Uncomfortable and non accommodating.
