★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great playgroup for my little ones to interact with other kids. They also offer some great educational programs from their guest speakers and information sessions. I brought my daughter there and now my son.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is absolutely amazing. There a ton of programs and services that are offered here, all under one roof. A lot of their services are offered for free, and it's quite amazing.
The staff that work there are very nice. There really should be more of these around the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In all honesty I was disappointed with the service I was provided with during my newborn’s hearing screening. I understand they were taking extra “safety” measures during this time but there are ways to make things easier for a new parent. I walked in with my baby in the stroller when I was asked to leave the stroller at the front, I informed her my car seat was heavy to carry along with my diaper bag. She told me she would help me but never did. I walk in after check-in to stand in a waiting room with no chairs. After I was called inside, I was unable to go in with my newborn so I had to wait at the door again “for safety measures” which made me feel uncomfortable. After my baby started crying I was informed I had to calm him down with nursing which they cannot accommodate during this time and asked me to nurse in my car. I was so frustrated with my appointment, I got back to my car and decided to leave. I did not want to stay an extra minute there until they called me to check up on the progress of the nursing. I was unhappy and couldn’t wait to get out of there ASAP. Uncomfortable and non accommodating.
