J	Jennifer Grant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New edit: Came here because we had gift cards... I was quickly reminded why we never come here. Dropped my 2 star rating to a 1 star since 0 is not an option ??? I ordered online figuring there would be zero room for error and I was very wrong... An entire meal was missing from our order and the toppings got mixed up on everything. The condiments that were requested light were heavy and some completely missing. Paid for onion rings on 4/6 combos and only got 1, the rest were fries. Again... The only reason I will ever stop here is if it's free and even now, I'd rather consider the gc useless and take the loss than deal with the absolute frustration I'm left with EVERY TIME. We've been here twice in the last 2 months and the service hasn't been very good. On both occasions we were served by the same order taker. I don't think I've ever heard someone be so obvious about wanting to be anywhere but there. A sigh after every meal request and her monotone voice made us feel as an inconvenience. With our first visit, we arrived home with half of our order incorrect. With tonight's meal, my usually crispy onion rings were a soggy mess of grease and uncooked batter. I unfortunately couldn't eat a single one...

The burgers were swimming in grease with the bun flattened and the toppings all over the packaging. I returned to the restaurant and waited 40 minutes in line to reorder. While I was in line 4 other people came back to have their orders corrected. I will not be back!

The fries are the only part of the meal that are actually fresh, the rest, although made "fresh" has a very obvious staleness to it because of the frozen ingredients. This particular location is usually lower vs the other location in st laurent.

The person I dealt with was barely helpful and didn’t even apologize for the mistake. The manager who was standing next to them didn’t even an offer any compensation. Got home to a cold meal. I won’t be going back.

Noticed we were missing 1 ring, I told the girl that we were missing 1 ring and she took the bag back and said she would take care of it. She returned I told her all good and she said yes sir. We got home and missing a ring. Why lie? Very insulted and upset. Not going to go there anymore as it is the second time. The first time, they fixed the problem. Check your orders as there is dishonest people working there.
