S	Sean Komoto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go here hungry! I waited over 45 mins to get to through a 6 car line up in the drive thru. Then when I got to the window they messed up the order three times. The attendant at the window was unapologetic, clueless and apathetic. We all understand that prices have gone up but when you can't back it with good service, that leaves little desire to return. Be better Wendy's!!

I received a plastic knife and for some reason a store-made package of 2 forks. I also received 2 packs of crackers with my order. Pathetic. I should have taken a photo.

Anyway the lady was talking so low we tried to get her to speak up and once we got to the window we got the nastiest look from the lady. Will not be returning to this location.
n	nitin chowdhary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to get supper tonight at Wendy's but it was the worst customer service experience I've ever witnessed in the fast-food industry. I tried using a gift card but their system was down, instead of saying sorry our system is down guy at the window made it seems like we were at fault. When I showed him a gift card purchase receipt to prove it has balance he just said there is nothing I can do. When we asked to speak to a manager he got upset and repeated there is nothing we can do. The manager came and didn't do much better. We asked for an 1800 number to make sure there is a balance on the card and we don't run into the same problem again, we were told there's nothing they can do and did not provide the number. We will support local businesses next time.
C	Cait Albert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ first of all they wouldn't let me use a gift card for Wendys, saying "they don't take gift cards at this store"?? Then my poutine was literally cold and my boyfriend's soft serve was liquid when given to him. The customer service was also very unpleasant at the window. I'm not one to leave reviews as I've worked in jobs like this before, however, this experience was horrible. Even a smile would have made it better.
V	Valkyrie Budarick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was absolutely zero toilet paper OR soap in the bathroom - which means they have neglected basic sanitary rules for an extended period of time. This leaves me wondering what other sanitation regulations they may be violating. I did not feel safe eating the food here.
P	Patrick Laverdure on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 times that i go to that restaurant and 3 times they charge me for items that i don't have once i get home with my orders. no chili for the Taco salad one time no avocados for the sourest salad no blue cheese extra when you pay for it no fries with combo I could go on, I have rarely seen a place not able to fulfil an order like that place. it's far enough that I can't go back and now i won't go back all together... there is enough fast food around here that do a better job at putting what we pay for in the bag. Since now everything is so expensive that I want what I pay for.
