★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very disappointed with the services received from Orleans towing this Easter weekend. The towing company punctured the oil pan of my sister's vehicle when they towed it to my garage. They know that they did it but are stating that it was already leaking and that they were not responsible. When they picked the vehicle up, there was no oil leak and when they set it down at the garage, the oil started to pour out. I appreciate that accidents happen but they need to own up to it. There is no way that the tow truck driver would have picked the vehicle up and not noticed a severe leak if it was already pouring out like it did when he set it down at the garage. As well, the road where the vehicle was picked up would have been covered in oil. They stated that they found an oil spot where the vehicle was parked and that the car was already leaking. There was a small, dry stain near where the car was parked but the oil was literally pouring out at the garage. We have no other choice but to phone the insurance company and file a claim in small claims court. This should have been avoided. Gary Marshall

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amado was friendly and very quick. He even suggested to move the car in the street so to not scratch the driveway. I don`t need a tow truck often but if anyone needs one I would have no problem recommending them to anyone. keep up the great work!!
